You mean you're not a centerfold in Playcolt? I mean, bad moods come and go, and everyone's more irritable and/or melancholy when they haven't been getting enough sleep, especially if they're starting to drown in a sea of sauciness centered around their self-insertion into the greater pony universe.

Take a break, get some rest, and commission cute/heartwarming Shimmer images in the hope of counterbalancing the sauce. (And when you say you're drowning in Sauce, you mean not here, right? Or is the fault on our end? )

You don't need to worry; this thread isn't the source of the problem. If anything, it's more of a haven from it. And honestly I doubt the problem is even as big as I'm making it out to be so much as it is a reaction to a bad mood. Also, this is going to sound weird considering what I last said on the subject, but Heroics has been one of the things that has kept me going more than almost anything else, and I'm always giddy anticipating the next chapter.

With such a long timespan it's not squicky, just weird. Actually, it's normal. Assume that on average every 25 years a new generation is born. Then 1000 years equal 40 generations. 2^40 = 1.099.511.627.776. That means to have your parents not share any ancestors there had to be more than 1 trillion humans alive in the year 1011 AD. (There weren't.)

Well, honestly, Trixie and Nightmare Moon are both also misunderstood.

Trixie did at least try to help defeat the Ursa Minor when it attacked Ponyville.

Even the Ursa Minor wouldn't constitue a "villain" per se. As it was just grumpy from being awoken by a couple idiots, who could be considered the only true villains of the whole series, actually.

Well, them and the two snobby young ponies when we first meet the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
