My first result was awesome: Voice Manipulation! I get to sound like whomever and whatever I want. As a singer, this is ideal!

I would use this in a fairly conventional way: to become famous! American/Canadian Idol? Move over, folks, I can sound like any of you, and anyone else I want. I form several bands, and eventually skyrocket to superstardom! I'd probably also do voice-overs for commercials and animated features.

On its own, however, it isn't a particularly "heroic" power, so time for my level bump:
Cape Manipulation. Okay, now I can fly, parachute, attack, teleport, snare, become invisible, invulnerable, and intangible, and have limited use of one of the greatest superpowers ever: Cartoon Physics. Now I'm starting to shape up.
Enhancing Mutation. Sweet sassy molassy. I can now adapt to nearly any environment or condition, and gift myself new superpower suites at will. I am nigh-invincible!

With my new power bump, I grant myself whatever powers I need to solve the world's most unsolved mysteries, to hunt down every at-large violent offender, to eliminate the threat of nuclear war, and whatever the heck else I feel like doing that day.

Pretty much a gamebreaker, especially if I can just put 'demonic' or 'unholy' in front of any other power and thus use it,

Okay, is there anything that I couldn't do with this power?

And now I can see what I am manipulating with the previous power, and how it interconnects.

With the last two, I can control/change others' destinies.

So, either take over Hell, and run it like I want to (complete with a Hello Kitty themed area, because I like Hello Kitty).

Or become an odd hero. (Why yes citizen, I did just use demonic powers to save you.)

Or just take over the world. (The administration of it sounds like a lot of work though.)

I give myself the body of the Ultimate Goddess that's as powerful as possible without my mind shutting down (and since the brain is part of the body, that would be a lot).

Gravity Negation! "The user can negate gravity in a certain area whether it be a house, a city or even a planet, causing things to rise from the ground. The user may be able to choose whether or not they are affected by their negation."

Seems less broken than an open ended power like Negativity Manipulation, still a little OP.

I got Power Via Blood. I can activate whatever power lies dormant in my bloodstream. And since I'm still at Mundane Level (Skills Peak at Good, by the FATE system), let's inject me with fresh super-powered AB+!

Yes. This is good. But given how my power works, I'd rather stay neutral to the side on the side of being-quite-charitable, tossing the occasional goodie to the good guys.

Put them all together and it sounds like I can touch someone, target a specific point in their future lives and live it out for them. They simply lose that period of time.

I'm fairly certain I could find a lot of good uses for that, even after the lottery numbers and stock tips.

I am easily amused, and I've already forgotten what I obtained previously, so I have the opportunity to have fun again.
(Note: as a fourth power, I must have "has a complete power overhaul every 6 months.)

First one is Empathic Power-Shifting which would actually explain my large array of powers.
Then I have Electromagnetic Noise Manipulation, which means I'm likely to destroy my own electronic devices, computers included, if I get angry. Yay. I'll try not to ragequit next time I play TF2.
And last but not least, Spatial Manipulation. I can't tell when exactly I'm able to do that, keeping the first power in consideration, but damn, it's the best.

Oh dear, I read a short story about a guy who randomly gains that power. Then he starts detection more and more frequencies. Of the whole spectrum. Radio, television, colors, etc. It ends badly.

wow!.. seriously wow!.. I mean..this is possibly the greatest conceivable combo with the first power. it both allows me to do all sort of things with the first power and also depends on me having the first power should I be standing in full daylight/artificial light.
