Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Thanks for being the voice of reason Serpy. And a batch of awesome pictures to boot.
I feel kind of bad, considering that it wasn't all that long ago that I got on someone's case for not giving us enough information. I could totally see how someone could have seen that series of posts and want to give a very in depth description like what Fhalyassa gave.
Fhalyassa, you'll need to come to terms with the fact that by in large, the frequenters of this thread are not artists. We're people that like nice art, and get some enjoyment out of a good hunt to find an image. But while we enjoy the hunt, almost always we only end up to about 80% of the way to what someone wants, even when the request is much less specific. A lot of times that perfect piece of art just doesn't exist. If you want perfection, you are going to need to break out photoshop. That said, we should be able to assist with finding the component images you would need to bring together to make what you want.
Looking over your request, my gut would say the best bet would to follow this path:
1) Find an image of a woman that fits these qualities. These are the things that are harder to fix with after alterations.
- Is barefoot
- has long hair
- full lips
- face has a forehead and jaw line that is narrow with wide high cheekbones
- turned up nose
- generally dresses provocatively or otherwise befitting a sucubus
2) Find additional images that are in a somewhat compatible style that have the things below. Any element that happens to be right in the base image is just a bonus, if its a physical item like the horns or tail, its better to be missing than wrong
- Protruding from the end of her spine is a thick semi-prehensile five feet long tail that tapers to a thin whip
- a curved stinger
- pointed ears
- long horns that curve upward from the forehead
- eyes that smolder with an evil sensuality
3) Chop the images from #2 up and merge them in as new layers on the base image.
4) Things that can be fixed with a little photo shop elbow grease and youtube tutorials:
- Tanning the skin of the base image
- Changing the hair color to platinum blond
- crimson-ize the lips
- jade-ify the eyes
Here is some Elbow grease assistance, sorry, I am at work so can't sift through them to find which are good.

If you don't have access to photoshop, there is a free program called GIMP that does most of the same things (and the stuff it doesn't is generally out of our league anyway).Last edited by eepop; 2012-07-26 at 03:01 PM.

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Taking a quick break from succubi. I'm having trouble finding a picture that should be brutally easy to find.
Female Barbarian in a tavern getting drunk. Human if possible.
Str is 19, Con 20, Cha 14.
Basically a female muscle girl at the tavern getting drunk, cause that's all this character cares about, drinking and smashing stuff. Doesn't need to be super pretty (Cha is only 14), but we all know there are few ugly woman in fantasy.
Technically she's blonde and blue eyes currently, but that can be easily changed.
Seriously no idea why I can't find this on google.

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Well, the one I posted on the last page is some sort of spellcaster, but she has blonde hair, blue-green eyes, and tight muscles.

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Hmmm, both good pictures, but neither really looks like 19 STR. Maybe muscles don't exist on fantasy females.
I do like the first picture's clothes though, very frostburn, which is where I got her race.
Also seriously, no tavern pictures? Maybe that cliché really has run it's lifespan, cause I'm having trouble just finding a picture of a fantasy girl in a tavern who isn't clearly a bar wench, more or less a girl fitting my character.
Thanks for the attempts though. Both pictures are quite beautiful.

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
I have a request to make, and I'd be ever so grateful if someone could help me out.
I am looking for a character that wears an animal skull as a helmet/mask, and has a fur cloak coming off the back of it. It's for my less-than-happy druid.

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Since you guys seem to be taking requests I could do with a bit of character artwork to help my players visualise some NPC's... oddly it would help me out if you could find anything that sounds like one of these...
An Male Albino Sorcerer (tall thin, wants to become a White Dragon like his great great great Dad)
A Male duel Wielding Dwarven Waraxe (well any big Axe) dwarf dragon slayer.
A Male Halfling Necromancer (though any good gothic Halfling businessman would do)
A Male one eyed aged sage. (mid 40's with white hair)
mmm I seem to have too many Male NPC's in my campaign. Not enough ladies causing the PC's problems."People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff."

And Fax Celestis, after seeing some of your pictures I've the strong urge to chuck a cool shirtless druid type with Rhino animal friend at my PC's."People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff."
