Demanding mortals war on other mortals for the "sin" of failing to worship you.

Many "gods" claim to have created the universe and everyone in it. Even if someone were foolish enough to believe in creation myths rather than science, clearly only one of these claims could be correct, making the rest of the "gods" all charlatans and liars.

But honestly, it's the worship demanding that pisses me off the most. No one should expect other thinking, autonomous beings to bow and cringe to them. That's just sick.

I agree that there are lots of gods whose attitudes to mortals (and other deities) are 1000% terrible (that's about four-thirds of the people I dealt with getting my degrees), but I hope you're open to the idea that there are some of us who aren't the "wurst thign evar".
Not all of us want your firstborn sons for our altar pyres; some of us just want to do our jobs, raise our kids.
