She is here. The beetle gives a little bow. Without her previous anchor, she needs a new one. This form is her... but she can barely form any comprehensive thought, until she's anchored back to this realm by some method. Becoming your familiar, with my help, will be enough of an anchor for her to return to her senses.
Lucy's cheeks are rather flushed by the time the hug ends, but he waits paitently, accepting the potion from Terry with a smile, and giving her a quick peck on the cheek.
And then, lifting the potion, Lucy takes a deep breath.
"Bottoms up."
Hadlin frowns, "Alright then." he reaches into another pocket on his robe, pulling out a wad of half-burnt sage, and begins the process of clearing energies out of the room with its smoke. Wait, when did it light up? Eh, nevermind.
After a long while, Hadlin will press a hand to his forehead and the forehead of the beetle. if the spirit is not willing, this will simply be wasted time. if it does work, then Hadlin and the fey will exchange very small parts of their soul, and become able to feel what the other feels through their connection to that piece, communicate telepathically, and share the magic of their essence.
f the fey is as powerful as The Lost One claims, then it may also result in subtle physical changes to Hadlin.
[Terry's Aparment]
The potion, in this instance, was properly crafted, with a single problem; Terry overcompensated on the female element of it, after her failure to produce results with Giacomo's second potion.
So Lucy will return to being a woman but... more. I'll let you define how.

And so Lucy shifts back into her familiar, comfortable form. And then...keeps shifting. She doesn't seem to notice, but no doubt Terry will see the ninja's hair growing out and flowing down her back in lush, thick waves, her cheekbones filling out and eyelashes lenghtening, and her lips filling out. And that'd be before the mage looked downwards, where she might notice that Lucy's...assets...are slightly...fuller...than they were before, although not by too much; however, Lucy's hips have widened a fair bit (along with her rear in turn), her legs seeming more toned as well; her skin is lush and flawlessly smooth, almost seeming to glow radiantly in perfect feminine health.
"...that's so much better," Lucy sighs, not having seen herself in a mirror yet - and with her voice just a bit higher than before, too.
The ritual goes through, and Hadlin's fingernails fuse to his fingers, becoming blunt claw-like things, and any unnotable body hair disappears. But as the link finishes, there is a creaking sound vaguely like laughing, and the beetle changes.
It suddenly shifts to be a six-inch tall woman, in what looks like a dress made of chitin. Her first reaction seems to be... disgust.
Terry blinks, and looks at Lucy curiously, "I... think you should probably take a look in the mirror."
there is, of cours,e a floor length mirror here in the lab. It's a gnarled thing and the frame looks a bit frightening, but it's largely nonmagical.
[Hadlin's Room]
Hadlin reaches down to the tiny fey, presenting his hand for her to step onto, "Are you alright?"
Of course, he's attempting to feel through their bond whether she is. Hadlin, for the moment, is just surprised it went so well without a hitch. Surprise she'll be able to feel coming from him.

It's a rather delightful view, for those who appreciate that kind of thing, indeed.
"Well, it didn't turn me into a hamster or anything, and I'm not giggling with an urge to pop bubble gum every five seconds, so...it's good." Lucy turns back to Terry, her full lips pulling up in a broad smile as she goes to hug her again, a bit more squishily than before.
That gets a giggle out of Lucy, and she hugs a little tighter before stepping back, managing to grab the towel before it falls completely off. "Well, I'll keep that in mind. Right now though, I think we're all good!" She pauses. "I mean, well, if you are, that is."
"Lucy, you're even hotter than before. I'm not going to say no to that!" She rolls her eyes, "I mean, I've got the tools for cosmetic voodoo right here. Anything you want changed, I can change."

"...you really think so?" Lucy blushes, and a broad smile grows. "Truly? Thanks! I mean...really...I'm glad you like it." And from her tone and expression, if she got any more sincere What would transform into the Great Pumpkin.
"And yeah, those potions can do just about anything, can't they? How consistently, though?" she asked, a thoughtful look crossing her face.
"...no way. You mean you just, like, attune that to someone, and...change them?" Lucy's eyes go wide at the thought of that, and she walks over for a better look.
"Well, maybe you shouldn't figure that out," Lucy suggests, cautiously, but she still smiles nontheless. "Still though, this is so cool! I think you look incredibly hot just like you are now though."
Lucy giggles, looking down at herself, and nodding in agreement. "I think that makes two of us. But...hey, you like it, right? They're not heavy at all, knowing that," she admits, looking back up with rosy cheeks.
"Thanks. And....well, I think those look good on you, too," Lucy admits, blushing more. "Really, really good. But I'll understand if they're too much or anything."
"Lucy..." Terry shifts uncomfortably in her seat. the enhanced rear was... odd for that, "I'm a guy. Or, well, i was. I'm alright with staying as a girl, but I'm not used to baving a pair of weights on my chest or my hips being huge. I want you to be honest and tell me what you could stand to miss. They don't have to go away completely but... well, I'm not completely comfortable."
Funny how odd "I'm a guy" sounds when it comes from a pair of rainbow lips on a girl with pink hair.

Lucy listens, not looking plussed at all. Or nonplussed. Or anything but concerned, and she reaches to put a hand on Terry's as she looks into her eyes. "I know, and...your body is smokin', but your heart is what I like the most about you. You're a good and happy and fun person. I want you to have the body you're comfortable with the most, and that's what will make me happy." She pauses, then giggles. "Besides, you've got the thing here to change back if you ever wanted to have fun for a night, right?" she adds, winking.
