Ok, final character approval now that I can sit down at my own computer.
Fernado Cestellan AKA 'Fern' - BelGareth - Seems fine mechanically.
Gruunshar - Darksmurf - Some issues with rereading. Claws of the Wyrm and Landshark don't stack, you can get one or the other. Also I am unsure of where you are getting 6 claws for the landshark boots from. The meld specifies you can use the claws on your hands as weapons, not any of the others. The maximum number of claw attacks you can get through melds is 4 from Grallion Arms unless I am mistaken.
Some quotes

I count 6 claws, which is also how the original soulmeld was made by wizards.

I this makes both claws stack. Also dragon claw fluff says they hang below your arms.

Claws of the Wyrm
"granting you claws that deal damage of 1d6 points if you are Medium. 1d4 if you are Small, or 1d8 if you are Large, plus your Strength modifier. You can attack with one claw as a standard action or with both claws as a full-round action"
" It you already have claw attacks, use either your normal claw damage or the damage given for this soulmeld, whichever is higher."
Landshark Boots
"You can use the claws on your hands as natural weapons that deal 1d6 points of damage." - not the claws on your feet or the extra arms
Each grants 2 claw attacks from your hands. They do not stack.
A little weird that you get cosmetic limbs, but a Bullette itself has only 2 claw attacks, so it makes at least a little sense.
I will reread the original Landshark boots in a little bit to see if that is a better reading for granting all the claws. More later.

The fluff for the landshark boots is describing the claws, not how many attacks you get, but the amount of actual claws (like fingers). You get two attacks from that bind.
And you only get two from Claws of the Wyrm, and as a general rule, you can't stack natural attacks like that. I would say yes, but there is no specific rules stating in either of the binds saying so.
So as a player/DM and as the writer of the brew, you get 2 claw attacks. (unless you have 4 arms...)

Thanks. Sheet will be done by end of today.

I make a policy of giving a firm line to post a character after once the game solidifies, and a firm deadline to post that character by. This prevents waiting on those who posted interest, but lost it and didn't post to withdraw.
If you have your character done, then it is easy to repost and show you are still there. If you don't have it done then you have a deadline. If you can't then you are unlikely to have enough time to post on the game in reasonable intervals and there are other players seeking that slot.
If anyone else posts a character, I will keep that in mind for the running, but as is I like the party makeup. I will start the game Sunday unless the mayans where early.
The Jade Empire --
There is an empire to the east. It's color is jade. Green as the grass of an island. Watch yourself if you go visit.
The first thing you notice is how organized it is. The houses all sit in rows, the people trade with jade coins of precise weight, the streets are neat and clean.
Keep it that way if you want to leave alive.
Jade is the empiror of the Jade Empire. It bares his name as he is the founder of it. There is no royal family, no nobility, just Jade. He is an elf of the oldest degree. He was not born, but made. He has looked into the eyes of the creator and he know what must be done.
There will be order in the universe.
No man is above the law, and none bellow it. Jade is no man though. Not in his eyes though. He is the law. His will created the Jade empire from a rabble of goblins and some disorganized human towns. He built the goblins into a legion, and turned the humans into a civilization.
He controls many islands now. He is worshiped as a near god by his subjects. Those who don't serve willingly serve at the end of a lash. THose who beark the law are enslaved. If you are lucky the sentence has an end. If you are not the sentence is to the mines. If so your death will be slow and painful.
The Jade empire is currently at a on again/off again war with Dunwar and the Redguardian Republic. The Jade empire outnumbers the armies of the Redguardian empire, but an alliance between the Redguardians and the local Ork tribes has maintained enough privatering of Jade empire supply lines that full scale war is impractical. Jade is nothing if not willing to wait.
He is the most powerful cleric in the area. He also is a master if incarnum magics. He has created a gateway. It leads to an island that isn't anywhere in the sky. That is his castile. It is served and guarded by the Jade Legion and by the unyielding gaze of a small army of golems crafted from jade.

I noticed a sort of elemental theme going on here.
Gruunshar = Earth (strong, hardy, plus the "Mineral Warrior" template). Zephyr Collins = Wind (quick, agile, the "Feathermarked Courier" prestige class, the name "Zephyr"). Fernado Cestellan = Water (versatile, able to strike hard and fast [Warmage], or be calming and subtle [Healer]). Inaius Mentiri = Fire (interested only in growing larger, more powerful, single minded in his goals, intriguing at first glance but dangerous if you get too close).
