How far away are the Oto-nin who are talking about going to the exams? Because the Otokage could always order Goya to transport them there. (or at least, to a nearby hideout) It would be a way to introduce him, at least.

The time-space of the test is vague enough that it doesn't really matter when your character does something, there's still some of the characters that are listening to 'Guo''s speak all the while others are in the middle, or end, of the test

Since I'm pretty sure ninja who aren't participants, jounin instructors, proctors, or the Hokage himself can't go to the exams until the 3rd stage. Which is the big public section.

Otherwise, they can't be there.

It's not just that refresh solves the problem (it does, but only temporarily)...I was just so fed up with how much it completely and utterly lagged my computer and how frequently I got kicked off the chat that I pretty much just gave up on it.

So I'm going to change my characters but before I do here's a list of what exactly I'm planning to change fir them, wouldn't mind more opinions.

Cohaku: Make him weaker at genjutsus, not able to control/read minds

Chihiro: Make her not have jutsus with Hiita, just have him kind of exist. Also, get rid of some of her more powerful but also some needless ninjutsu.

Also, I wanted Cohaku to be involved in part of the exams, how exactly should I go about doing that?

Which village does Cohaku even work for? You have multiple villages in his "loyalty" section.

As for changes...honestly, pick ice jutsu or medical jutsu. Both of those combined with nifty chakra sense is too much.

He should either be an ice user, or a medical ninja. Not both. It's just cramming too much into one character.

As for Chihiro, those changes ought to make her pretty well set. If you crank her jutsu list down enough, you might be able to downgrade her rank.

As for Cohaku in the exams....He's a Jounin from a visiting village. As I said earlier, those not proctors or the Hokage are spectators. Those not proctors, Hokage, or jounin instructers aren't spectators until the third section of the test.

Sorry, but that's kind of how it is. I'm not sure where a foreign high ranked ninja would fit in, really.

I suppose if Callos could think of something (I know we're piling stuff on him, but that's a Hokage decision anyways).

What about mental age?

My point of view is, if people's age was based of their mental maturity instead of sexual maturity, the world'd be in much better shape.

Of course, then that would mean that most people would stay kids, then.

You wouldn't have to rank her down necessarily.

Cohaku is, frankly, too powerful, having medical jutsu, water jutsu, wind jutsu, and ice jutsu. Honestly, if you want medical jutsu, take that and water jutsu. If no medical jutsu, then keep it mainly ice jutsu, with only a few water and wind.

Sorry if this seems nitpicky, but he just seems to have too much.

How would you envision her being involved? I mean, we've already got the main proctors set for the 1st and 2nd sections. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I'm not really sure how she'd get involved, really.
