Well I was planning on sending a character by, but considering that the Sleeping Goblin appears to have been embroiled in some sorta ludicrously complicated plotline for a while now, I figured I'd make sure I wasn't interrupting anything first.

Er..Orb. Lathe blew up the kitchen. Not the whole inn. It's still open and there are three employees currently, though they are away. Four counting Metaclock.

Third: Sure, introduce someone. There are several plotlines revolving around, but I keep track of 'em. (Usually) So, yeah. Feel free.

To be fair Zefir, you shouldn't really poke people that are offline. I had stuff to do today and last night, so I wasn't around.

also, I very rarely read the OOC thread. the only reason I did this time was because I was informed of the poke. if you want to get my attention, I'd much rather you send me a PM

Not poking people who are offline? That is in some way not a good idea. I know that many people here aren't online while I'm awake so I need to do it this way.

And to be fair I can't really know if you where online while I was asleep. I will PM you then if needed.

...Huh? Lathe didn't blow up anything. He was quite peacefully robbing the inn (although one could argue that's hardly peaceful at all), damaging only a box in the process before other things attacked him.

Actually, I do believe it was Cellophane who destroyed it. As shown here:

No...I don't think you will ever leave this place..Goodbye. Thief. The doors magically shut. Suddenly the ground shakes and the giant potion rack suddenly falls. The mixtures of dangerous chemicals start to fall onto the dragon thief. At the same time an odd smelling gas fills the kitchen...Is that? Gasoline! The room is filliing up with it! That can't be good.

Well, the potions splash at the floor. A large hole appears where the liquids merged into toxic acid. Then an odd thing happens. Up in the rafters a voice whispers. Let's see if I can provide a little...illumination! The figure drops a match. In the next second the figure's gone. The match strikes the floor. The kitchen was full of explosive gases and materials. The kitchen explodes. The roof flies into the sky, and the walls blow out into pieces. The rest of the inn catches fire. The noise of the explosion rocks the very ground. The various potions that were stored have magical explosive properties. Mixed with the gas and explosions. They blow up too, causing a firecracker effect. Shrapnel flies around the area.

...In hindsight, it's weird that it wasn't Lathe who destroyed the tavern actually... but it wasn't. And yet Prism will still pay for it if someone asks her. Even though they haven't yet...

Huh...I completely forgot. Lathe didn't do anything but melt the cash register. >.< Cello is just a plot point. I don't plan on him coming back after he's been banished.

Just one question singingnoodle. Wouldn't heat seeking rockets fly directly where Moon's arrow hit? since there is fiere and such.

They're shot off at Zefir's general direction. They'll seek the closest warm body. Which would be Zefirs based on their trajectory, unless he has no body heat or something.

The bandit camp itself is a bit hard to see. Mostly because it's up in that big craggy rock somewhere. No doubt there's a cave at the base of the crag that leads up into the camp!

And probably more people guarding that entrance.

People who may or may not be more competent than these two.

When being quiet is mentioned Sadei raises one hand tentatively. "I quieted everything. Didn't you notice?"

C'mon!

Give the girl some credit.

"I'm afraid not my lady, I was somewhat distracted by killing this man." The knight looks down at the dead bandit. "I didn't want to take any risks, I don't feel as confident in my own skills in this form. My armor and sword feels heavier, out of balance..." The knight shakes his/her head sadly. Such a waste of life.

Sonnya just sticks by her new friend. She whispers, What do I do?

Adventure!

"We should circle around then find some sort of path or entrance. These bandits have to come from somewhere." Turning to Correl, "I'm also sure your skills are as sharp as ever, Sir Correl." Alfred's eyes are wide with admiration. Seems Correl's would-be squire is also his biggest fanboy.

I believe these are the last posts for the Adventure! plot in Random. Rebo you are next.

Gonna try for a round of posting now, but I haven't been feeling particularly awesome for the past few days, so if my posts are even more jumbled and cryptic than usually, feel free to pm me questions about 'em.

As for the GLoG membership update, Valaira will be returning soon...ish. I figure that since there is overwhelming evidence that Doom has left us for a prolonged period that he might be gone for good. Thus, I'll assume that the quest to recover her succeeded but that she is unaccompanied upon reaching the GLoG campsite again for some reason or other.

And she'll be coated in blood, as per usual.

Hmm... Maybe I can tie those two ideas together somehow.

Edit: My body definitely disagrees with my posting efforts. I'm going to head to bed early and try to be on early tomorrow to catch up.

Kullervo sounds like the name of a great traveling magician, a charlatan well versed in slight of hand and chicancery of all sorts.

Only he's a wolf, and will rip your face off if you don't applaud and tip well.

I took the name Kullervo from the Kalevala. I think he actually was a magician, but I'm not sure.
Viima is also a Finnish name, although in this case it's a word meaning "icy wind", I think.

Hey, Mścisław is a perfectly legitimate Polish name. Just really archaic and not used in forever. It means "vengeful" or something along those lines.

Speaking of Outside - Magtok, I'm still not entirely sure what to do with your post, since quite a bit of it doesn't work with where the Siphon that Need's possessed is.
