Because we used to burn through new ABR threads so quickly, we created the Discussion thread. All banter goes here, and all comics and non-canon kills go in the main thread. (see line below)
Joining ABR is kind of like trying to jump into a moving bus. It's going somewhere, so just getting on it is tough. Depending on how you introduce yourself, people may smooch over and offer you a seat, or try to throw you out the window, and trying to grab the wheel and change the direction the whole thing is going is generally unwelcome.

I know that. I'm making the templates because I want to practise my art. Plus, if I enter FI, I won't have to make all the templates from scratch.
It's kind of like fanart.
As for the thread title, I think 5% meaningful discussion is a bit much for us.
Edit- Also I think Gremlin called it before Lying.. not sure on that though.
It doesn't say what the meaningfulness is about so it might get that high because people seems to argue about the universe, physics, word meanings and rules (or maybe Gremlin tries making it look better)

They are bigger than Anti-Heroes banners (look in sig) so why are they accepted and not mine.
Gremlin, you didn't respond to my new idea on the soul catchers.

I have an idea, the soul eaters are the inevitables, the inevitability of passing on to the afterlife. They hunt down ghosts and bring them to a plane that coincides with their alignment, whether they want to or not.

Alright, I'm going to make a comic bringing the Qs onto the scene. Should I just assume that blowing a hole in the fortress or creating a hole by crashing the ship into it and destroying it is simply immposible? Because knowlage that I don't have to would seriously affect how the Qs enter the scene.
REPOSTY! ANSWER MY QUESTION PLEASE!

I've never even had ONE yet.
I have had my name in the title of one of them though, which is pretty good too....
Alright, I think I've got a decent motive down for Thryza. He's sick of Shades, and wants those umbrant buggers out of the picture. Thus, he'd lend a cold, dead hand---for his benefit, not the others'.
Feel free to pick holes in it like a bad sweater.
Personally, I would have gong with "ABR Discussion Thread XVII: Spam, Spam, Spam, Discussion and Spam.", as a Python reference.
That is, if Lying didn't call it, twice. Which he did.
Gremlin, you didn't respond to my new idea on the soul catchers.
Sorry about that, it got buried. I like it, but I don't think it makes much sense for inevitables to go against the order of the universe.
/\ Sorry, Q, but I called it first.
Also, I think there should be a rule with calling the threads that the guy who calls it first gets it, unless he's already made one. At least for Discussion threads.
Well, sure, but Lying called it before you, twice.

You're just saying that so it'll be acceptable for you to make it when Lying called it, twice.

Q can't watch movies on his computer so that's a no.
That's a good motive.
As for Lying or Gremlin calling it first, Lying had called the thread before the last one and didn't get either the last one or one before that.

Yeah, but that's because lying wasn't on and we were very very close to 50 pages. Besides, I let him name the thread, which is the only real benefit that comes with making a discussion thread.

@Gremlin, the inevitables are going with the natural order of the universe. Here's the standard life, which most people go through:
1) Be born
2) Live
3) Die
4) Please step through the door which corresponds to your alignment
5) Live in the Plane
6) Become part of the plane.
Here's what people who become ghosts do:
1) Steps one through Three
2) Decide "Wait, no!" and stay at the ethereal plane
3) Wait until something is done (Which they often don't influence)
4) Move on to the afterlife.
Whereas if the Praeseans were inevitables, they would be going against the natural order of things. They would be represent the inevitability of what?
maruts exemplify the inevitability of death, other inevitables represent the inevitability and fact of upholding a deal. Praeseans as inevitables don't exemplify anything, assuming that the soul catchers would then be natives who still send people to an afterlife.

No, actually only once. The time in the 15th thread, and maybe some other times THERE but never elsewhere.

Of course I am. If this were the other way around, I probably wouldn't complain. What matters is, if Lying made the same arguments I am, those arguments would still be right.

No, he did not respond. Nobody did. But then again, that's how I generally get treated.

He only called the thread before the last one Not the 14t.
And he. Already. GOT ONE!!! Why does he get to have two when other people don't have any?! It is completely unfair! It's like someone winning a contest twice!
Anyways, on to something else.

Ah, I see where we disagree. You see ghosthood as something where the souls DECIDE to stick around. I see it as something where they have unfinished business which they must attend to before they pass on.
