This comic shows a lot of promise, the lines are a bit thick. I've gotten a few laughs, which is rare for me.

By the way, whatever happened to that 4E interplanar campaign? I made a hound archon fighter, and Tichrondius made a rogue I think, and you were gonna make an infernal warlock.

Nice comic. (#6, I mean). One bit of constructive criticism: In about half the panels, the priest guy is in nearly the exact same postition.

This seems a fine comic. It has a good combination of characters, although some details (not necaserily [goddamnit. You're right about big words and 8 int!] in the comic) on your homebrew world could be useful.

The biggest laugh I've had so far was Free Cupcake Friday's though! Brilliant! A work of genius!

Sincerely,
SoD

Spoiler

Thus far, my update schedule is working out well; I've yet to fall behind at all.

Shades of Gray: Thanks! I'm still tweaking with the layout and style of the comic, so I may end up adjusting line thickness in the near future.

Person1123: Positioning is something I continue to work on, as it's rather tricky to make the characters not look entirely copy/pasted from one panel to the next. And I'll be honest: I am not going to redraw every character for every panel. Somewhere I read someone say that one should do so, but that would make each strip take about ten hours rather than two to three. I will be more careful in the future though!

Sod: I am most flattered by your praise! Out of curiousity (and to help provide the necessary clarifying information), what details about my homebrew world would be most useful for this, if you had any in specific in mind?

onasuma: Maybe, maybe!

Very interesting comic. Both churches are quite annoying, and I wonder if Spes will be annoying too.
Are the gods mentioned actual gods in the D&D realm, or are they homebrewed?

They are rather annoying, aren't they?

These gods are all homebrewed, if only so as not to infringe on any content that isn't OGL.

Now for the bad news: My archives have run out. I was a bit sick and very lazy this week, so I didn't get any new comics done. Now, hopefully this weekend I will get at least one and maybe two comics done, but I apologize in advance if I miss one of next week's updates. However, updating is important to me, and so I should be able to catch up this weekend. One missed update easily slips into two or three, which easily slips into comic death.

On the bright side I do have the next comic planned out and a good idea of the upcoming plot!

Nope! I just happened to pick two female ones to draw, maybe for a reason, maybe for no reason at all.

Hmmm, maybe if I feel really bored I will stat up some of the main characters, though of course only after Monday's comic is done!

I assume you mean your comic buffer, because if the archives run out then you're actually out of comic entirely.

Incidentally, illness and laziness is why I have a week and a half of comics buffered.

Ah, yes, buffer. That's the word! You are entirely right.

EDIT: I have Monday's comic done! Now, if I can get one more in the buffer this weekend, I will be back on track...

The legs look a bit awkward while they're walking, but otherwise, good comic.

I like that barbarian fellow, he's funny. Despite the intellect of certain worshipers, Spes sound like the more intelligent of the deities.

I'll work on the walking next time; some of the character poses are indeed rather unrealistic. Thanks for pointing it out!

As far as the black boot, occasionally Inkscape colors something in with black when I group a lot of objects. I can't figure out why, and ungrouping/regrouping often doesn't work. I didn't catch it quickly enough this time (Oops! ) but does anyone know how I can fix that issue in the future?
