This, like my last feat use the Feanmerc variant, but uses normal vancian spell-slots.

Improved Spell Capacity [Epic]
You are capable of using epic spells, levels above and beyond those of normal spells.
Prerequisites: Ability to cast 9th level spells, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (the planes), or Knowledge (nature) 21 ranks, Spellcraft 21 ranks
Benefit: You gain the ability to cast epic spells of a level based on your caster level. The caster level you are required to have to cast an epic spell is equal twice the spells level minus 1, and of course permitting your main casting stat is high enough to cast spells of that level. For example, Boldrad of Blackdale is a 25th level wizard and has an Intelligence score of 30. This means that Boldred is capable of casting 13th level spells. Alternately, Sargus Redmoon is a 25th level sorcerer, but his Charisma score is only 21, making him only capable of casting 11th level spells.
The number of spell slots of each level above 9th is one each, plus any bonus slots for having a particularly high casting stat, as seen on the table below.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times, each time it is taken it grants the caster an additional usable spell slot for each level known by the caster, including non-epic spells.
