I found a bunch of spam threads!

So, I have been crawling the Arts and Crafts forums, and I keep seeing these threads that supposedly link you to a site where you can watch new films for free. (One of them is here) I clicked one of the links just to see what kind of site it linked to (I knew it was spam when I saw the thread, I didn't fall for it or anything) and it appears to just be a paragraph with nothing to do with the movie, and a picture of the poster art. I'm not sure these spam threads are allowed on the forums. Just showing a bit of concern.

EDIT: I just noticed that the person who posted that particular thread has been banned, but the thread has been neither removed nor locked. I just thought this may help a bit in... whatever.

When you see a spam post (or any post that's a problem), you can click on the little triangular report button at the bottom left of the post - this one:

Then you'll get a text box to type your report of why it's a problem (I usually put "spam" or "spambot" for the ones that are clearly just spam).

If you ever want to know if something's allowed or not on the forum, the rules are helpfully located at the top of every page, above the ad!

Aha! Thanks for that. I hadn't noticed that before. I'll keep that in mind next time I see something like that. Thanks for the help!
