B.O.B., short for Bicarbonate Ostylezene Benzonate, is a science experiment gone horribly horribly weird. He is an indestructible gelatinous mass created when a genetically-altered tomato was injected with a chemically-altered ranch dressing. He possesses no brain, but still seems capable of sentient thought, though is easily distracted and confused, tending to mimic those about him.
He appears as a great upright mass of blue gelatin capable of extruding limb-like pseudopodia with a large eye floating around the upper section of his dome-like top.
B.O.B. simply engulfs all creatures that would harm him, though if harmed by energy weapons is known to hide, often disolving a hole into a safe area.
B.O.B. secretes a digestive acid that dissolves organic material, as well as metal and stone quickly. Any melee hit or constrict attack deals acid damage, and the opponent’s armor and clothing dissolve and become useless immediately unless they succeed on DC 22 Reflex saves. A metal, stone, or wooden weapon that strikes B.O.B. also dissolves immediately unless it succeeds on a DC 22 Reflex save. The save DCs are Constitution-based.
B.O.B.'s acidic touch deals 21 points of damage per round to wooden or metal objects, but he must remain in contact with the object for 1 full round to deal this damage.
He gains 1 hit point for each 5 points he digests. If this exceeds his full total he acts as if Slowed. He cannot consume more than twice his hit point total.
B.O.B. can simply mow down Large or smaller creatures as a standard action. He cannot make a slam attack during a round in which he engulfs. B.O.B. merely has to move over the opponents, affecting as many as he can cover. Opponents can make opportunity attacks against B.O.B., but if they do so they are not entitled to a saving throw. Those who do not attempt attacks of opportunity must succeed on a DC 27 Reflex save or be engulfed; on a success, they are pushed back or aside (opponent’s choice) as B.O.B. moves forward. Engulfed creatures are subject to B.O.B.'s acid, and are considered to be grappled and trapped within his body. The save DC is Strength-based.
B.O.B. can stretch to great lengths, and can increase his reach up to 100 feet as a full-round action. He may only remain stretched for a number of rounds equal to his constitution modifier.
B.O.B. is immune to all physical damage, though is still harmed normally by energy and magic. Unless B.O.B. is completely destroyed, such as by a Disintegration spell, the largest piece left starts to absorb matter surrounding it, eventually turning back into B.O.B.
