Re: Turkey and Finland. We'll go to cons anywhere in the world if they will pay our travel and expenses. It's a big factor. The incentives we're being offered by cons are definitely improving, and that is nice.
Re: West Coast cons. I'm skipping SDCC this year, as last year was possibly the worst con experience I ever had. Need some time to regroup before I tackle that mess again. I would love to do a PAX or a Norwescon, but I haven't been invited and I haven't approached them. Seems unlikely this year, but you know anyone can ask a concomm anywhere to invite us. West Coast cons tend to be media cons, though. It's harder for comics (or an East Coast filker) to get noticed out there.
Re:Dragon*Con. Oh holy boop, yes. If you can possibly make it to Dragon*Con, do so. Dragon*Con has a certain amount of webcomics programming, and I will be on panels for that again, but it's really the comedy music they're going to have me there for. And the line-up they're talking about for comedy music acts is eye-popping. I can practically guarantee I will debut at least one Erfworld song there.

Also, for any con that we are invited to, I am more than willing to hook up some exclusive con arts. If cons are hooking us up, it's only right to return the favor.

Hmm, the Baltimore one is right up the street from me (relatively speaking, I live in Columbia, MD) so I might just have to hit up that one. Especially since you'll BOTH be there.
Yeah, I may see you guys in Baltimore!!! Live in Gaithersgurg, MD. Would love to see ya in Rockville(Woodfin) since that like 15 min from my house, but that con looks kinda strange :)

Looking forward to the Gencon appearance, but a little grumpy over having to wade through Rich's fans first. ;)

And at the risk of spamming my own boards, here's a tower ad I did for PenguiCon 5.0 advertising...well the guests I felt like advertising. Oh sure, they have people like Steve Jackson there and I guess he's okay. But come on, webcomics and funny music are what make life worth living!
Anyway I was proud of the snazzy ad I made:

In admiring your ad...why do you not have a cool nickname on there? You deserve one for being made of awesome. Come on...please? :)
The only professional name I have ever experimented with is "Rob Balder dot com" because I put together a crappy portal there to my projects (which has not been updated in years), and because I was sick of answering the question, "Do you have a website?" But I gave up on even that.
I couldn't fit "The Great Luke Ski" on there or there'd be even one more to be jealous of.

Woot! Rob and Jamie at GenCon! I can't wait to meet you guys! You'll love GenCon, and we'll treat you well. Will guys be doing a seminar?
I believe so. Also you will get a double dose of me, since there will be a big comedy music show featuring most of us from The Funny Music Project. GenCon is just going to be incredible, all around.

New update to con schedules. Now showing the next ten that I am sure about through April 2008. Likely to add Otakon and PhilCon on there this year at least. Maybe Conterpoint, SPX, GAfilk...who knows.
Let's see...
Arisia, MarsCon (VA), Genericon, Wicked Faire, Katsucon, MarsCon (MN), I-CON, Penguicon, Balticon, Conterpoint. I have already been to 10 cons in 2007.
