Cowards die many times before their deaths;
The valiant never taste of death but once.
Of all the wonders that I yet have heard,
It seems to me most strange that men should fear,
Seeing that death, a necessary end,
Will come when it will come.
Severe blow to the head would kill you. Good thing the candlestick is pure diamond!
Also, I've seen you flirting with the gardener... she's already in a relationship you fool!
*hides gardener's corpse* What are you talking about?
... Who killed the gardener?
It was Professor Plum! In the library! With the heat-seeking missle!

Um, did you guys all get high while I was eating dinner?
Anyway, while I was having dinner, I had a chance to reflect upon my arguement with Tried & Drowzy, and my whole experience tip-toeing into the internet with this forum in general. I asked myself this question: "What the heck do we humans WANT in a social interaction?!"
I thought long and hard about this question. Quite puzzling indeed.
We don't want people to diagree with us, as I have learned many, many times. If we are given reasons as to why our opinions are flawed and stupid, we feel bad, don't we?
But we don't want people to agree with our ideas either! Then it's over way too easy with no closure! You didn't win the arguement!
Then I thought about this: Do we want people to just not say anything at all? Obviously not. Nobody likes to be ignored.
Aso I ask you all, great minds of your generation, to think for one moment and be philosophical. Help me come to the conclusion to my question.
...After you all come down from your high, of course.
People want others to agree with them. They are content in areas where people do, and try to persuade them otherwise, whether it be positively or negatively, when people disagree. How easy it is to persuade someone doesn't normally factor into it.

Perhaps.
Then again, I've always felt uneasy when somebody agrees with me. Is that just me?

Don't you agree that Q is awesome, Q? I also agree with you, it is just you.
...
Agreement!

I highlighted SoG's post to see if there was any white text. Is it just me, or am I paranoid?

Kitties have been proven to feel no attachment to their owner, other than the enjoyment of getting fed and being pet/played with. It's not a social pleasure; it's physical. So if you died, and someone else came to feed it and pet it, your kitty wouldn't care at all.
Plus they scratch stuff up, eat your food on counters, are antisocial, and cause allergic reactions with a great number of people in nations with good healthcare.
Cats suck.
My kitty is the sweetest little kitty ever. She's like a dog. She fetches and everything. She sits in your lap and rubs her head on you.
