Not sure if it counts, but Indexed is also missing.

Buttercup Festival is nowhere to be found.

Then there's a new comic, How I Killed Your Master.

I'm honestly surprised MS Paint Adventures hasn't made the list...guess it's not as popular as I thought it was.

Additionally, I might mention my personal second-favorite.

Hmmmmmmmmm, what else...I know I'm forgetting some...er, do Deviantart and other forum comics count?

@autoglassmaster: I see what you mean now when you asked about what qualifies as a webcomic. I thought the forum ones seemed more like games to me, so I didn't add them. Thanks for all the links though, all the non-forum/game ones were added!
