I'll try updating the first post every once in a while to include all reported typos, in numerical order.
Typos noticed:
# 142, 9th panel, the one with Belkar: Nale says "psycopath" (rather than "psychopath"). # 147, first panel: Redcloak says "It's called a phylacetry, and no, you can't" # 331, last panel: "Ginkgo bilboa" (should be "ginkgo biloba"). # 377: "Oh, Sabine, is it nice to see a familiar face." # 435: "Can I say 'yes' stongly enough?" # 473: "I ran out of my own healing about six disembowlement threats ago" # 484: "He's no match for my two of my ninjas alone." # 486: "But she's marrying his nemesis, Phillippe, tommorrow!" # 495: "I know you don't understand, but there was a time when him and I were happy together." This should be "he and I". # 502: "Or until you get finally get killed." # 530: "I can't take the euphamisms anymore!" # 569, panel 11: "And that's what you get for not reigning him in earlier" - you mean "reining him in". # 572, panel 2: "respository" instead of "repository"[/url][/quote] # 574: "Discrete" (it should be "discreet" instead) # 577, 2nd panel: "sustanable" should be "sustainable". # 604: "should't leave" # 617, panel 8: "may the gods of forgive me." # 623, last row: "I must not engange in any demanding mental tasks". # 633, 4th panel: "Haerta" is missing the "T". It's a name so it's not immediately obvious, but every other mention of her name has the "T".
Also, in the 5th panel, "arcane" is misspelled as "arane" in the... er, purple fiend's dialogue. # 639: "Telekinisis." # 643: 19th panel (or the ninth panel in the second half), "Greysky" is misspelled as "Gresysky". # 654, 1st panel: "Sunburst" is misspelled as "Suburst". # 657, 13th (2nd-to last) panel: "phalanges" is misspelled as "phlanges"
Potential typos: # 372: 5th panel, Redcloak: "cajones" -> "cojones" (it's also in the "War & XPs") - argued by others to be legitimate euphemism.

maybe you should consider updating the list in the first post so it's more convenient for Giant. Checking whether the report is valid and keeping it in chronological (of strips, not of reports) order would be also nice touch.
I was going to start a topic and do just that, unfortunately someone ninja'd my idea. Anyway, if you need a volunteer for maintaining such list, I could do just that.

"Cajones" is an euphemism for cojones, and in the context, it can be a double pun (cajones=drawers [furniture] in Spanish vs. drawers=underwear in English [the only item O'Chul has at the time]).
And that's worse than "Excusing me, do you remember to where you were the flinging my codpiece?" XD I'm pretty sure that's intentional.

Also, now is probably as good a time as any to re-emphasize the second typo in # 654. It's in the ninth panel; "Than" should be "Then". Defiant had in his quote, but it hasn't yet been added to the compilation in the first post.
Although you have this in the 'Not a typo' section, your phrasing still implies that you disagree with the Giant's confirmed position. Might I suggest you say something like "...when some people think Belkar ought to have said..."

um... in a typo thread, when looking up a word to verify whether it is spelled correctly, one would think it's kind of obvious you should make sure you are checking the same spelling that actually appears in the comic - competence (as you linked) is not spelled with a letter "a"
