I'd say your personal setting have gone screwy Keveak.
It say your post was edited today at 9:something PM fitting with my computers clock and I haven't messed with the clock setting at all since I made this profile so I don't think it's that.

No, 1300 hours is 1PM. 13PM is "the thirteenth hour of the period between noon and midnight", which doesn't work, as the period is 12 hours long. The same goes for 13AM, which would be "the thirteenth hour of the period between midnight and noon".

Click "more power options", "change plan settings" (of whatever setting you happen to be using), then "change advance power settings".

I think it's supposed to be read like "The time is 13:82 which is between midnight and noon" (Waitaminute, that can't be) But we don't use PM and AM so I don't know.

And here was me thinking it would be obvious... I'm glad I got away with it for this long, and the recent confusion was somewhat amusing.
It's also not actually an edited image, I simply recreated the forum message in Inkscape. Not that hard, I had originally tried to do it with formatting, but I couldn't get the text size, or the right colour. And even as it is, I had to crop the bar, as sig banners are limited to 468px wide.

AM is "in the morning", it comes from the Latin ante meridiem, meaning "before midday", and PM is "in the afternoon", coming from post meridiem, or "after midday".
1PM is 1 o'clock in the afternoon, and 1AM is 1 o'clock in the morning. 13AM would be 13 o'clock in the morning.

Essentially, there are 12 hours in the AM and 12 hours in the PM. 13 o' clock PM or AM is impossible. And the minutes can't exceed 59. 60 automatically resets the minute counter to 00.
