Point. I haven't really been reading it recently, either, since my newspaper (maybe thankfully) stopped carrying it. I agree with Ninja Chocobo, Non Sequiter is a good one, along with Doonsbury (sometimes, at least).

If you find it funny, then it's funny. If you don't, then it isn't. Arguing isn't going to change that.

So basically, it's both funny and unfunny.

We evolved from apes, and most apes mate from behind. That's why an aesthetically appealing ass is a desirable trait in women. Or men, depending on your personal preferences.

I agree with that, those people need to see a psychologist.

Also, why stare at an ass? the shiny stuff the character carry are way prettier (and often glowy)

No, we just evolved from more primitive apes. An ape is a member of the Hominoidea superfamily, which we are part of. Both humans and modern apes evolved from apes. If you go back far enough, sure, we weren't apes then. But before we split from, say, orangutans we were both apes.

Humans did, and still do, mate from behind, on occasion. But Nameless has grasped what I was saying. We have retained traits from our ancestors because they do not have a negative impact on our survival, or the impact is negligible.

But the point Keris was trying to make is that while we evolved to mate differently, some of what we find sexual and aesthetically pleasing still remains for most humans.
