That picture is Ins in the end of FFF. In FI he looks like this:

Although he does change his clothes everyday, so his appearance may vary from picture to picture.

It's part of his plan.

Only that it involved being on the ship at that moment.

Look: It was a spur of the moment decision to provide a plot point for FI. The way I thought of it: Ins manipulated events so Squark would be on the ship for him to capture, because he needs a deity for some reason, and a god out of his/her own universe is much easier to capture than one in their own universe, since out of their own universe, their powers are reduced to... immortality, and whatever their class gives them.

Hmm... I'm really not sure about that comic anymore. Ignore it for the moment, I may make it non-canon...

I don't understand. If you have no idea than it's not fair to anybody, since it's more or less random.

The hat in the painting seems to have some portion of the head in itself.

The hat on Ins seems to have none at all.

Nobody said that the hat never falls off his head maybe it's constantly falling off.

if the head of that person is supposed to be anywhere near human facial proportions, it would go up half of the hat's height. But that would also mean that guy has a horribly disfigured skull.

But probably the painter just failed.

Yes, but I've never seem someone actually comment on ABR if they haven't joined. I know I, at least, had only followed ABR for a few days before I decided to join up.

ABR isn't a plot, actually. The plots are just the most successful part. Making random kills means you're a part of ABR. We're all fans, really.

But in sinisters earlier post he said Author so it sounds like he meant plot. And it took troll a long time to post a random kill so there was a long time when he wasn't contributing apart from in discussion.
