I'l stick around for the WW games I'm currently in, perhaps join the occasional WW game which I so much enjoy like Spytrap, Fatbelly and Convoy. And maybe the occasional post in squares.
Ofcourse I'l be still checking my PM box but that's it.

I just to spend more time outside, writing, drawing and overall the boards have just become less appealing to me over the months.

I'm moving to my new townhouse today, three hours away from where I normally live and in the town where I'll be starting grad school on August 25th. I talked to the cable/internet folks, and they said they don't have any installation appointment times available until Monday at the EARLIEST.

So... yeah, I may not be around for several days, unless I can mooch off of a neighbor or get a chance to go get my internet fix in the library or elsewhere on campus.

My friends with iPod Touches like to play a game where they see how many unprotected wireless networks they can find. Apparently, most of them around here are password protected.

Well, black bears aren't exactly the largest or meanest cusses of the ursalids. But, they are scary to my little dog. At least he sorta cowers now when we say bear after he got loose in the woods and didn't come back for two days while we were out there.

West Virginia has some nice scenery. But crashing overland through those hills on foot is no picnic. Especially if there are fallen trees and limbs clogging up the space between trees.

In any event, I just got back earlier tonight, well, sunday, around 10PM.

Sorry to hear about DD and Fdl leaving, especially since I feel partially responsible. :/

I'm surprised he knows the word "bear." I mean, that he knows what he's scared of, yes. But the fact that he links the two is pretty impressive. Again I mean, my dog knows the word "skunk" but that's because he hears it shouted at him when he's chasing that black and white thing that smells bad.

I like hills over mountains myself. When not blazing through the raw woodlands and hillsides it's not too bad though. Unfortunately, that's most of what I was doing while looking for the dog initially. Also, unfortunately, they were cool at night and in the morning due to the low-lying clouds/fog but the days this past week were pretty miserably hot, especially when we went through the process of winterizing the house by sealing it up, making it into a giant kiln or sommat before the last one of us was able to step outside into the muggy august air..

This dog seems to know his vocabulary pretty good for some things. Then again, I think my dad likes to tease him about the bears or deer or turkeys getting him when we go up. My dad talks to the dog a fair bit more than is usual, I've found, as whenever I do some of the stuff he does to play with animals, people give me a funny look for talking to the beasties.
