Okay, folks. Though the exact reasons must remain undisclosed out of respect, I will be leaving this forum for an indefinite time. I'm simply tired of trying to fit into a community that keeps making it clear I don't belong.

Normally I'd avoid even making this post. But I guess I feel like there's at least one person who would rather know I'm disappearing. For whatever reason.

I'll be leaving a bit more contact info on my profile page, and I'll still be appearing on the Facebook group.

Greetings all.

You may have noticed my posting getting more and more infrequent. If you haven't noticed me, I haven't posted that much in the first place so it's understandable.

I'm leaving this site, and I don't know how long it will be.

The extreme influence of social anxiety beginning to affect my postings was one thing, and it is why I became mostly inactive. Now, however, it has given way to a rising case of paranoia which interferes in my social interactions the same way as having no tongue does. I now find it impossible to trust anyone on a site I cannot see their faces.

In conjunction with a recent family tragedy, a massive workload and that I'm now beginning to hit rock bottom in many aspects of my life means I don't feel like being a member of this community. Rather than disgrace myself by accidentally taking my problems out on the community and being permanently banned, I've chosen to remove myself from here quietly and with minimal fuss.

I'll be gone for a fair while, I can tell you that, and I may never return.

It was a spambot. They are apparently trying to blend in now, but somehow it couldn't tell the difference between the hello thread and the goodbye thread.

Yah, Coffee's right. This forum has its own shared of weirdness but there's a core of people who make it worth your time. I'm not exactly the most social person either, but this forum makes *me* comfortable. Few places do that.

After some thinking, I've come to the conclusion I spend way too much time on these boards for too little gain. Things I came here for have slowly but surely ceased to hold signifigance. So, I've decided to call it quits.
