Preferred Race: Human, Class: ???, 5. Evan is the Party Leader, who got the group into D&D. He's often goofy, and has a strong friendship with Alice. Tom and him have arguments about nothing often.
Alice
Preferred Race: Human, Class: Wizard, 5. Alice is Evan's best friend, and is the most stable headed member of the group. She loves D&D, and playfully flirts with Evan. She also mocks James with Evan constantly.
Valerie
Preferred Race: Elvish/Tiefling, Class: Rogue, 5. Valerie is the most responsible member of the group, and is the only one with a job. She worries about her fellow members and their awkward and confusing relationships.
Thomas
Preferred Race: Warforged, Class: Warrior, 5. Tom is the most arrogant member of the group, and was brought into the game by Valerie.
James
Preferred Style: Grimdark, Speechset: Mysterious. James is the DM, and is one of Evan's best friends. He enjoys creating the stories, dungeons, and such. He usually starts campaigns in deserts.

Although I like the panel layout, I would recommend lowering the distance between them somewhat; keep the "scrapbook" style, but remove some of the empty space.

Apologies, I'm in Tahoe and I forgot my mouse. Can't finish the comic without my mouse, even though I tried.

Also love the shading on the art... but you can make them in differnt poses... (that's what i do wrong with my comics sometimes so it's the best advice i can give u)
