She'll see the pug run down the hall and into the Kitchen.

Day 1 backstabbing?
I point at Smellie Hippie because I don't think I have done this once.

((What, a mansion full of Fears and you want to kill the adorable little dog?
Then again, this will probably be another game where I try to defend someone and they turn out to be the Alpha. At any rate, pointing at DD the Cookiemonster for claiming villager before the game even began.))

"No, nothing like that. Guinness book of world records dating all the way back to 1950 is all." His tone indicates there is no more room for discussion on the matter.
"Guinness book of world records? Those must be quite valuable! I'll help you look, they'd make a nice addition to my collection. Alice gets up and begins to search against the wall.

"So... let me get you straight. You're intending to steal the books?" Brian watches Alice carefully, making sure all of this is being recorded on his video camera.

"Oh dearie me, is that a video camera? I don't know what came over me, I must have fainted. Dearie me! And lawks!" Alice attempts to fake it to the camera. Then, she reaches over and attempts to turn it off.

As Brian steps inside, he might see an odd shape on the floor. Closer examination will show a curled-up human, clothed in a tattered suit. Next to him lies a staff with a golden tip, broken in half. And at this point, a vague suspicion may dawn as to the identity of the man lying on the floor…
Martin groans, and begins to stir.

Brian relies on the age old custom of greeting someone who appears wounded and in need of some sort of medical attention.
He pokes Martin. With his foot.
"Martin? Is that you?"

"Aha! A first edition of Great Expectations!" Alice grabs the book and sits on the chair in the library. Although the fabric has a feeling close to that of pins and needles, she doesn't care. She pets the book lovingly for a few minutes, and then begins to read. She doesn't notice that Brian is gone, or really care.

Martin groans again, and looks up. "Brian?" he murmurs. "What… what happened? Where am I?"

"You ever have Deja Vu with your worst nightmares?" Brian sweeps his arms around. "Well no you have. Hopefully the kitchen will serve more than blood juice and eyeball soup this time."

Martin stands up, rubbing his head. "You have no idea…" he mutters.
((Aaaand, deadtiming now. Sorry.))

((Well FC has claimed mason, but isn't a proven mason....unless I guess all the masons stay quiet? But then couldn't the masons be drawn out by a false claim....?
Or I could be thinking too much so...Reinholdt for being the Phantom in that other game when I totally believed that he wasn't.))
Victoria sees a pug run down the hall and goes to follow it, figuring that if an evil ghost were to manifest as anything, it probably would not be a pug dog.

Skeeter sits suddenly, looking side to side. He hasn't been in this part of the house before. His tail wags. An Adventure!

A tall lanky man, Stood in the main room. A man that looked like he belonged in a cubicle with a shirt and tie on. Which on most days would have been the case. But now for some reason Robert found himself looking around the mansion, this was the famed Pegasus Manor. He could not help but feel a chill crawl up his spine. If there ever was a doubt in his mind it was now banished, This place was truly haunted.

"So you weren't down with the rest of the congregation when we got our introduction?" Hmm... what was Martin up to? Brian's suspicions of him start to rise. Why would he have been separated from the rest?

I fought The Mysterious Circle of Shadowy Chairs in Discworld I (Dei in Machina) till the end, won the game and survived and all I got is this lousy signature line.
