I actually cracked up more looking at the paintings and reading the commentary than I have at any TV show in a long time.

Hello everyone!

I have survived the first of two weekends of suicide by swimming. I am taking an "Instructor's" Course, so I can get the certification to teach swim lessons @ City of Toronto pools, and it is 40 hours over two weekends. This first weekend was brutal, but so far I have survived. We get homework form this course and everything - its pretty intense. And dreadfully boring.

I don't really know what everyone's talking about. But I had to say it somewhere. I just got 2 more female betta fish. I have 5 lady bettas and one gentleman (... not really GENTLE...) betta. They're very awesome. I still have 4 of the lady bettas isolated (they're new), but two should be able to join in the big tank in a few days, the other two should be able to get there soon enough, but I didn't see where those were kept in, so I need to keep them isolated longer to make sure they're not ill. They're all so cute, though! Three are the natural color of silvery-grey(though somewhat different shades each). One is white with purple fins (and very black eyes) and the last is a beautiful shade of iridescent blue. They're all really, really cute.

If there is one thing I hate about gay, is that its meaning has been misconstrued constantly. At first it means happy, then is supposedly a synonym for homosexuality, and sometimes it refers to cheap tactics or something that sucks.

'Gay' is used in the same way as one might say 'you smell'. It's become more of a greeting. That and narrowing of eyes.
