Get it right, it's Samm. Double M!

Also, we have to figure out colours for in character speech. Additionally use the forum roller. You can probably do a search on that.

And don't exclude people from observing the thread. It looks kind of mean, I don't think that many people will do it anyway.

So, Horst will speak like this: I'm Horst... with a detached expression. His only friend is a wolf by the way.

They wont do that. It's against the forum rules and netiqutte. It won't happen, it's just not something that people will do. It's never happened to me and it's extremely rude. Additionally, critising someone's DMing in their face is a good way to get yourself hated, unless someone asks you to. The critiser, will probably be given an infraction for flamming or just being generally annoying.

After that, please use appropriate grammar, and syntax. It's considered a virtue, and it makes everything much easier to read. I know I sound a bit naggy, but everyone can read what you post, so put a bit of effort in!

Futhermore learn how to use the forum roller. It's very useful. It'll mean that the players will not be able cheat.

Spoiler

Also, read the guide on how to do Play-by-post games.

Try doing a general forum search. I'll try to link a guide to you.

I see you're getting the hang of it. It can also be used to roll fictional dice.

Also, you can't edit your rolls.

Interesting...does anyone have a rough time for when this adventure will start? Waiting is boring and mentally tiring.

Well, as soon as we sort out whether Ravrahn is playing or not. And if he is, when we sort out his character.

Looking foward to this... Please, can we drop Ravrahn if he's a Suitcase?
I mean, I can put up with a celestial squirrel (wielding 3 bastard swords) on our team, but a suitcase? Come on.

Dante/ Eldarion
C'mon he's an intelligent item. He's really useful and adds plenty of comic relief. It makes the adventure funny and interesting. Let's just say that Horst found him in the forest.

He's so arrogant... Eldarion

well no offence Samm but really I don't think it'll work, Dante doesn't think so and even Luke believes it won't work at all.

I concor with Dante, a talking half-celestial squirrel would work better. Anyhow you guys better sort out what ya doing then post it. We're starting the adventure now and Rav can join in later... maybe.

Well, if that's the case, can i pick him up as an item at some point. It'd really be very cool.

Well, yeah... Before we start, Winger's needs to decide how his character is going to speak.

In what colour? We all decide speech patterns or colours, Wingers hasn't done that yet.

When we're all ready? I mean you guys can post when ever you want since I already started the main part. You all have the maps I sent you but once you post I'll have to wait for everyone else to post before I do.

If you've read the thread so far (other one), I'm now waiting for you guys to reply

D= oh great. You know it is somewhat hard having lots of words on a small map unless I wanted very very small print.

Anyhow:

Key:

Bla: Blacksmith
Arm: Armoury
Sta: Stables
Tra cent: Trade centre
Bar: Barracks
Ship: Shipyards

(I'll add more to this as time goes by and I'll post it in the front post. You guys can use it as a reference)

Edit: thanks for explaining the map! It was a bit weird.

Furthermore, I have no idea what Cross-Road city looks like. I need a little description to work on. I don't know where we are, I don't know why we came here. I need some background into why we're here.

If I'm sounding naggy, I'm sorry, but I feel that I need more information to work on right now.

Cross-road City is just a name Samm.

And I already posted what 'Tra-cent' meant.
And if you read it, it would have stated that it'll be very hard for me to put in the full name of the building since the map size boundaries were small. A legend would just take up more space as well.

There's this handy thing called lag! I also need to know what Cross-road city looks like, can you describe it to me? I need more information to work out what the place feels like.

If at least one of you guys would like to ask about it then yes I will -.- But we have to wait for jumpy to post first.

After all you landed on some unknown land, got kicked off the boat with a draft map from the guy for simple directions, with absolutely no knowledge of this land except for parts of the history which I posted at first. Dante (eldarion) can do a knowledge check if he wants. Or you guys can explore. THen I'll be happy to explain since it'll definitely be my que
