[4e] EPG / PHB3 style Racial Bonuses

[Gralamin]

In the Eberron Players Guide and Players Handbook 3, there are quite a few races that have bonuses in the style: +2 to Stat A or B, +2 to Stat C. I personally think all races should have this style of ability, and strive to do so below.

Other than that, pretty cool. I actually always wanted a human wizard who was also rather agile, and this gives me quite a bonus. Sweet!

Eladrin should get Cha, not Elves.

Changed. As I said, a lot of it was arbitrary.

That they are useless as a race, as is. More then most monster races. They'd need a serious remake before I think of giving them anything.
