As much as I love overexaggerating the talents of Chuck Norris, he doesn't have psychic powers, so he'd be hard pressed.

I seem to remember Spider-Man beating the Juggernaut without psychic powers, but there were odd circumstances (and a conveniently placed pool of wet cement).

This wouldn't even be a contest. Why is there even a debate about this. You must rembember this. Leading hand sanitizers claim they can kill 99.9 percent of germs. Chuck Norris can kill 100 percent of whatever the hell he wants. That includes The Juggernaut.

It's related to comics IN GENERAL. So it's ok.

We have an impasse, but it looks like Chuck's going to win this one - what can Juggy do to Chuck that has a possibility of hurting him? Then again, Chuck has the roundhouse, which is likely to do more damage against something invincible (I think that's a break in logic...) and so Chuck has the edge, so to speak.

Personally I think that we need to have a rule where both the characters have to be comic book characters... any threads that are comparing two characters, one of them not being from a comic book, turns out a bit silly.

Chuck Norris would win because he exists. And because his fad was funnier.
