This is my first time posting. I was looking for some feedback on a prestige class I designed. Does this class seem under or over powered? Any suggestions for changes are appreciated.

Skills (6+Int modifier): Balance, Bluff, Climb, Concentration, Escape Artist, Hide, Jump, Listen, Move Silently, Perform, Sense Motive, Sleight of Hand, Spot, Tumble
Dancer: The dancer may use perform (dance) to start a bardic music effect. Levels in Dancer stack with levels in bard to determine bardic music abilities. Dancing is a standard action to activate and a move action to maintain. So long as you continue dancing, this ability remains in effect. Enemies must make a saving throw against a dance every round so long as they remain in the area and the dance is maintained. If damaged while dancing, the dancer must make a Concentration check (DC 10+damage dealt) or cease dancing. Dances affect any creature within 60 feet. A dancer may continure to dance for a number of rounds equal to her constitution score. After this duration, she must make a constitution check (DC 10, +1 per extra round) to continue dancing. If the check fails, the dancer must cease dancing and become fatigued. Any time the dancer stops dancing, she must wait a number of rounds equal to the amount of time spent dancing before she can dance again.
Dance: At first level and every odd level (3,5,7, and 9) the dancer gains the knowledge of a dance. All bonuses and penalties are moral effects. All dances have a saving throw DC of 10+dancer class levels+charisma modifier. Each dance has a minimum dancer level requirment. Activating any dance uses up a bardic music use.
Carnival Cha-cha: This dance grants all allies 2 temporary hit point per dancer level. These hit points are refreshed every 3 rounds the dance is maintained. 1st level dancer.
Shuffle of Silence: This dance silences all enemies of equal or less HD than the dancer if they fail a Will save. 1st level dancer
Mincing Mamba: This dance deals 2d6 damage to all enemies. A successful Fort save reduces this damage by half. The damage increases by 1d6 every odd level beyond 3rd to a maximum of 5d6 at 9th level. 3rd level dancer.
Polka: This dance reduces the attack and damage of enemies if they fail a Will save. Enemies suffer a penalty to all attack and damage rolls. This includes spells, spell-like abilities, or extraordinary abilites that require an attack roll and/or damage roll. This penalty is equal to -1 for every 2 dancer levels. 3rd level dancer.
Magical Minuet: This dance surrounds all allies with a globe that is resistant to magic. In effect, allies gain the benefits of a
lesser globe of invulnerabiltiy, as per the spell. If brought down by a dispel magic, the globe reforms the following round, if the dance is maintained. 5th level dancer.
Jitterbug: This dance speed up all allies. They act as if under a
haste spell. 7th level dancer.
Slug Dance: This dance slows all enemies. They act as if under a
slow spell. A successful Will save negates this effect. 7th level dancer.
Dirty Dancing: This dance shows allies where the enemies are weakest. All weapon critical threat ranges increase by one. This stacks with other effects that increase critical threat ranges, but is added last. 9th level dancer.
Heathen Hustle: This devastating dance reduces the caster level of enemies. Every round, enemies must make a Will save. If this save fails they suffer a -(1d4+1) penalty to their effective caster level. This stacks up to a maximum of -10 caster level. This penalty does not affect you spells per day or spells known. It only decreases caster level, which would affect the ability to penetrate SR and decreases the duration and other effects of the enemies spells.
Cloak Dancing: If the dancer wears a cloak while dancing, she may twirl it around concealing her from enemies. This ability grants her concealment (20% miss chance) so long as she maintains a dance.
Fusion Dance: The dancer gains the ability to activate two dances at the same time, in effect fusing two different dances to create a twin dance. Using this ability uses three uses of her daily allotment of bardic music. The dancer may also activate one dance and one bardic music effect.
Dance Expert: Through muscle memory, the dancer now only requires a free action to maintain a single dance and activating a dance becomes a move action. Maintaining the Twin Dance ability is still a move action.
Improved Cloak Dancing: The dancer becomes an expert at concealing herself while dancing. She now gains total concealment when wearing a cloak and maintaining at least one dance.
EDIT: Changed maintaining a dance to a move action. Dance Expert improves that now to a free action.
EDIT: Realized I forgot to include the skill list.
