I got invited to a Dark Knight marathon tomorrow, which is like 9 hours long, and unfortunately coincides with our usual gaming time, so I will be unable to make it. Sorry.

At the beginning of last session, I noticed that Mythweavers had lost much of the information on my character sheet. Mostly it was just spells prepared, which isn't a big deal, but there was also the matter of lost coinage.
Should I just set it to 2d6,000 gp (which is about where I was at), assume that Ornald somehow got drunk and gambled it all away, or something else?

Just try to set it to whatever you think is closest, either by guessing, rolling, or taking the average. Wouldn't be fair to make Ornald lose all his cash thanks to a technical glitch you had no control over.

Just a reminder that I posited about 2 weeks prior: I won't be able to make this week's game (I also may be unable to make the next 3, but I'll see how that goes), as I have a meeting this Saturday evening (yeah, evening staff meeting D:) and then the next two weeks are gonna involve me and a crew of 11 other people having to clean 600-or-so apartments within 15 days, at a work load of about 12 hours per day. that said, i doubt i'll be fit to play game. I will keep ya'll posted, however, in case i can make it to a particular session.
Traveled in search of Grimsby, the ghoulish ranger. While doing so, found people that had been turned to ice by an extradimensional monster, along with evidence that Grimsby was hunting it. Fought and killed the monster.
Found Grimsby, and discovered that something was attacking the witch who commands him, and draining her strength. Turns out it was Grimsby's own mind, which was separated from his body and animated with material from the Shadow Plane, allowing him his skills and some of his memories, but separating him from his evil nature.
The brain animated the memories of some of Grimsby's past quarries as Umbral monsters, in order to drain your own strength and escape its imprisonment. After defeating them, you killed the brain and reincarnated it...as a duck. This allowed him access to his memories once more, and he informed you that it was Jab and Trudy, the two halfling rogues, who were in charge of fencing loot, and that they'd have hidden the Key somewhere.
Unfortunately, Grimsby also recalls that the tree their souls were imprisoned in was cut down, and the wood sold to a guy named Giuseppe.
XP:
The Chillblain: 1913 xp each
Umbral Dragon, Deva, Scorpion, and Bat: 1700 xp each

Just posting to let you know that next week's game (Saturday Aug. 18th) is cancelled because I will be attending a wedding. Still on for this week, however.

And I will not be attending tomorrow (today, for you east coasters, or those who went to bed at a sane hour and are reading this well after I've typed it...). Meeting a girl for dinner during game time.

Hmmm, then we might be down to only two people, if Magotter is working. Probably not enough.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to postpone this week's game. I'm throwing a little party tomorrow, and only just realized how much time cleaning up my place and preparing food is going to take.
