Mind if I ask you to make a dragon, not the normal one with 2 wings 4 feets more like the chinese versions.
We're gonna do D&D dragons at some point under more special circumstances. Do you want any plain ol' oriental dragon, or is there a specific one you'd like.
No specific just oriental dragon. I'm looking forward to see it.
Also I have another question: I start Dm and I need some visuals to show my players what they see just cause the enemys aren't commen. Mind if I ask them here?

Re: Dungeons and Drawings art stuff (new: Catoblepas and Gorgon)
Late again this week, oh well.
We've got three monsters this week, because I decided to do two monsters in my image. I did the Catoblepas and Gorgon, both in one image because they're both based on the same mythological creature. My partner's done the Troglodyte, another favourite of mine, a smelly lizardman.
We'll probably finally have our animations finished for our next post. The troglodyte post has a preview of one of the animations.
Also @ Zefir, I might be able to do some monsters for you. You can PM me some of the monsters and I'll reply.
I'm gonna be against the flow here and say outlined.
What? Everyone else are against the flow too, okay?

Re: Dungeons and Drawings art stuff (new: animated thingamajigs)
Well, well, well. Look who finally followed up on their promise of producing some animated junk. It's been an annoying three weeks of fiddling with artwork and balancing other responsibilities, but we've finally posted up our works.
On my side you've got a Lizardfolk in all its aquatic glory. My entry also includes an animated progress, showing all the steps I go through when animating a character.
And you guys remember the oh-so-adorable Rust Monster from a couple of months back? Well now you can see it hobbling around in all its piggy glory.
if you did not understand my contribution - to the cursed Google Talk (and my inability to learn foreign languages) Notice - if you lost PonyTars made by me, look here - >

Gyaaw. That's so cute. Makes someone want to feed a +5 full plate armor to it, right?
I feel a bit bad about posting here so rarely. I'm checking out every update but rarely have any comments for some reason. Well, but you knew this already.

The gorgon would be the metal bull.
Also thanks to the regulars who raised their heads when they saw the animations. I know I get plenty of views on this thread and know you're out there, but it's always very pleasing to hear from you guys every so often.

Pretty late posting here this week because I only just finished the image. I've been working solidly last week at a studio, helping out with some animation (designs not by me) for a music video by Ben Butler & Mousepad and I was feeling pretty artistically burnt out.
Anyway, my image for the week is the Dryad, background heavily influence (ripped off) from the illustrations of Ivan Bilibin. Joe went and did an Odopi, some kind of multi-armed monstrosity, tumbling its way off the edge of a gear-platform in Mechanus.
I never expect a dryad to look like this but it is very good.
And to be sure it is more reliable then, the normal once who look like normal human or such.

More stuff this week. We're trying to fill out the blog with images of monsters that AREN'T aberrations. Turns out this is pretty hard because a lot of the really awesome monsters are aberrations. Feel free to make some non-aberratoin suggestoins -- we went on /tg/ a couple of weeks ago asking for stuff there, and we just got a bazillion aberrations in return. (Also I'm still aware we need to do a Flumph for one of you guys).
All books welcome, all editions.
Anyway.
I did ghosts for my entry this week. Dwarven ghosts to be precise. Also there's a goblin in there. The design from the ghosts came from my Valkyrie image, because she was supposed to be carrying the soul of a deceased warrior away. I couldn't find a way to draw him in where he wasn't just taking away attention from the Valkyrie, so I had to get rid of him.
The other image is brought to you by the Epic Level Handbook. Preeeesenting the raging, hateful undead fetus of a god that failed to come into being, the Atropal! Ain't that sweet. Somebody give him a rattle.

Re: Dungeons and Drawings art stuff (new: Vampire)
This is gonna be one of those occasions where I don't post my image but instead post that of my partner. This is because the harpy is a little NSFW and though I'm not sure what this forum's policy is on nudity/gore I'd rather err on the side of caution. Anyway, this week's other image, which is board-safe, is the vampire, stalking its way though a strangely angled city.
The harpy herself is partially based on a turkey because dang, theyugly.

So that's what '2001 a space odissey' was all about ! And me afraid ithere was somme deep end symboism I didn't gey when it was just a simple straightforward warning about giant undead baby gods.
I must say this harpy is disturbingly creepy (but in a good way). Yoyur drawings are amazing.
