Every year in the town of Hantu there is a thirteen day celebration of Halloween with the seventh day being all hallow's eve itself. Long has the reason for the Holiday been forgotten. Now the monsters who are only able to appear during those 13 days are able to appear without opposition and disguise themselves as innocent trick or treaters.
