Charynrae will stroke Din's ears again and smile. "That is good. Would you consider joining the Church of Dalachrech?" Though probably not as a Cleric, I'm afraid.

Always willing to run a dungeon for those who need somewhere to explore. Just PM me, and decide the character and location and I'll see what I can rummage up.

I'm afraid that my current work won't allow me to do that just yet.
However, I expect to be open to that possibility in perhaps a few months.
I may make a character to join up, actually.

Din nervously looks at Thruaill...her eyes saying "don't go too far away!"
"I am sorry to hear that. Please, when you have time, visit again and I shall talk more to you about it." Perhaps fortunately, Charynrae doesn't appear to have noticed Din's look.
Also, please do. I would definately appreciate it.

Thruaill smiles, one pupil dilating and contracting at Din in an odd version of a wink.
I'll try to keep in touch. I'll be going now---thank you for the sermon. It was inspiring.
((And I'm off for a bit.))
"Thank you, and glad to hear it. I need to get to know my new toy, now; Lolth's Loss will show you the way out." The spider on her back jumps off and will await Thruaill's return to the land of the undeadtimed, whilst Charynrae will head to a drape and, pushing it to one side, reveal a rip in the wall and walk into the neighbouring chamber, dragging/pulling/leading Din behind her unless Din breaks free.

half pulling, half leading. Din follows a little reluctantly
"Your druid place?" Saera asks. She's heard of druids, of course, but she's never actually met one, or heard someone describe their powers like that.
Visitor's Square
"Um, well, see, sometimes I don't even really consiously think about it, but I start doing...druid-y things. Like talking to the big lizard here." And Jamie gives the creature a pat on the flank.

Thruaill smiles and will be lead out by the spider.
The spider will stop at the top of the ladder, but won't leave until Thruaill has let go of the ladder at the other end. This may take a while; there's lots of people trying to leave the Temple after Morning Prayers. Although I'm not sure how they know when it is morning, nor where they are.
Temple of Dalachrech- Main Living Space, Din
This chamber is quite large, with three rips in the silk walls leading away from here and a hole in the middle of the floor where the lift comes up. There's a silk-coated semi-cocooned sofa, a bookshelf also covered in spiderwebs and a dirty oil lamp. So, my precious. What's your name, hmm? Are you literate?

Din looks shy "um...I'm Summer....and what does literate mean?"
[Temple - Entrance]
Thruaill waits and eventually gets down---though when she leaves, she doesn't go especially far...
Meanwhile, a grey-eyed woman limps toward the temple at an easygoing pace; she wears a battered dark grey frock coat over a smoking-jacket and sports bra, while her lower half is clad in grey cargo pants and buckled boots. Her hands are gloved; about her wrists, ankles, and neck are simple metal circlets.
Her hair is long, flowing, and shot through with streaks of violet that glow unnaturally.
"Literate people can read and write. Illiterate people can't, dearie. Also, which languages do you know?" Charynrae continues heading towards one of the rips in the wall into the neighbouring chamber.

she follows "I can't write or read...and I only speak common"
"It is good you cannot write or read. A pity about the other languages, though; it's always useful having somebody nearby who knows this kind of stuff." They're nearly at the next enreance.

Sarah... would've actually preferred to stop at the vendors, before. Instead, she just pouts and moves on.
Then Jamie gets all zoned out! Sarah gets jelly (in good humour)! "Aw. You get all the cool powers."

In a dream I found a place
of rotting meat and eldritch grace
and looked upon his primordial face
and from my thoughts could not erase
that sense of time that sense of space
and my heart the darkness did embrace.

"That sounds weird! But it also sounds pretty cool!" Those two things go together a lot, whether you're little or not. "So animals must really like you, huh?"

I make avatars, all you have to do is ask, and I'll do it if I can. My Awards
I've got a Formspring, ask me questions if you want.
"Hey, you're gonna get powers too, you know. You just need to grow up some," Jamie says with a giggle to Sarah. Before nodding to Saera. "And yeah, they do as a rule. I like foxes the most but most animals are neat!"
"If ever I am displeased with you, this is where I will take you. For now, I wish to examine what I have bought more closely. Take off your clothes." The room has silk ropes dangling from the ceiling and coming out of the walls, with a selection of knives sheathed in the wall. There's several odd-looking devices, too, including a bronze boot with a screw protruding from the side and an odd-looking helmet. Also a basket of figs.

A spider chitters at the person. It's probably the size of a human head. There's a small wooden table with a book lying open on top and several drapes with the two-tailed scorpion symbol emblazoned on them. (Is this same continuity as Din & Thruaill, or later/earlier in time?)
Temple of Dalachrech- Slave Punishment Room
Charynrae will look Din all over, even checking the soles of her feet. "My name is Reverend Lady Charynrae, but you will call me Mistress, Most Reverend, or Milady. Failure to do otherwise will be corrected with ten lashes. What's your name?"

"my name is summer, mistress." she won't find anything out of the order with summer
The book is a guest book, and the last person to sign it did so in Draconic; they wrote 'Does this thing talk?'.

"Well, Summer, you are in perfect health. Your last mistress looked after you very well." Charynrae will take off her holy symbol and wrap her hand in silk. "Lie down on your belly." Charynrae motions to a stone table in the room I forgot to mention.

She starts to trace letters with her finger... letters that begin to appear in a sort of blackish-brown on the paper.
A B, an E, an L, an O...
