We're back, Playground! Didja miss Us? Since last Clone Week was a worth a few chuckles, We decided to bring it back. For those of Us who aren't quite initiated, during Clone Week, We all use the same painfully bland avatar, signature, and location. We haven't decided quite how we're gonna do things, this time around: We like the avatar, so we'll keep that, and it wouldn't really be Us without the "capitalized first-person plural pronoun" thing.
UPDATES: Start date is Sunday the 13th, altough We seem to have jumped the gun a bit. Signature, with formatting, is as follows.
Quote:
We are Here. We are One. We are the Playground.[
Location should be set to "In the playground", and gender symbols should be removed.
We're pretty excited, We gotta say.

If you're not with Us, you're against Us. Of course, the ironic thing is that most of the people on here aren't with Us. We were certainly in the minority last time, and We predict the same scenario this time. So you can feel free to not participate, but calling yourself The Resistance is giving Us too much credit.

We'd argue that We were overshadowed by the backlash to a pretty large extent...

We find it sort of funny: in a community like GitP, suggestions of conformity are, to a certain degree, frowned upon. We find Clone Week interesting because of the inherent irony, and Clone Week's detractors either don't understand the irony, or don't find it funny.

Oy! I undertstand irony, including this irony, perfectly fine and it is funny to me!
I just like making my own avatars and expressing my, lack of, creativity more than irony. :3

I'm not so sure I like that avatar actually. More accurately, I'm not so sure I like the scribbled on grey bits. Anyone else think I should get rid of those and just have the mask?

I don't see anything wrong with-Gaaaaah! Bubble-head nurse!
The Collective approves the return of Clone Week. Certainly, it is one of the best ways to represent ourselves. We are One. We are the Playground.
Resistance is futile. Our numbers are too large. Join or die.

Vote? Clone Week exists separately from conventional avatar theme weeks. We simply are when We choose to be, whether you like it or not.
Anyhow, We think the a week from today, Sunday the 13th, is an appropriate start for Clone Week proper. For the sake of continuity, keeping the signature from the previous clone week has some merit, but We feel that keeping it open to discussion is a good move. Do We have any other ideas for signatures?

Crae is the bestest daddy,
I make avatars, all you have to do is ask, and I'll do it if I can. My Awards
I've got a Formspring, ask me questions if you want.
Here's something We'd like clarification on: We bare none of you ill-will, even if you don't want to join Us. Of course We'd like you to, but that's neither here nor there. And yet, we're met with nothing but violence. What have We done to any of you to merit this kind of abuse? Just because there's only one of you does not make Us inferior! It's time We stand up for our right to be a creepy clone hive-mind!
This is going to be my avvie for clone week. I've finally got inkscape all figured out!!
Anti-rebellion clone!!
Join The Clones. Be one of us.
First inkscape avvie done by myself, yes it is a basic clone with no big details, but still!!!

We appear to be missing the point. If We add additional details, We are no longer the same, no longer are We All One. We should be All One. And if We are All One, We should All have One avatar.
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse,” I said, sounding calm, probably inaudible in the midst of the screaming. “Inevitable. Wasn’t that how she put it? I told them. Warned them.”
