You don't detect any lies in what you've been told. You detect that there's more you haven't been told but you were basically told as much by Sanguille already. The offer of aid seems genuine and the rest of Sanguille's group seems content to let him represent them. The only bit of real oddness you've picked up on seems to be some discomfort that the large man has with Rihan with occasional furtive glances in the prisoner's direction.

Rihan and Anarya both seem genuine and sane from what you've experienced so far. They seem upset by their general situation and captivity has left them worse for the ware but you're pretty sure that their level of discomfort suggests they haven't even been through half of what you've experienced.
