Yeah, Cirno the stall manager is well worth a read. It was nice seeing a depiction of Tenshi that wasn't either lawl masochist or stupid evil(not evil-evil, but jerk-evil, y'know). Still, with that being said, seeing Tenshi be an utter monster of a brat in Flandre's Sherbet is quite hilarious. Also, charismatic Remilia and a fresh twist to Flan's mental instabilities.
And just so I'm not gushing about about those alone, Four Seasons' House is another cute comic. It's basically a modern slice-of-life following Letty and her family Minoriko/Shizuha, Lily, Yuuka, and her parents Shikieiki and Komachi. Go read it, before I go useless little bunny, only good for her sex appealUdonge on your rear.

I think one comment noted that like one-fourth of the entries in that pool are also in the Heart-Warming pool. Make of that what you will.
The same artist also has a number of other comics with a similar level of cuteness, like YamaKisu 1 and 2 and Scarlet Devil School, a sort of spinoff/alternate PoV of FSH.

When registering for the tournament please register what character you will use in the first round; you must always use this character in the first round. At the end of a set who ever lost is allowed to change characters for the next set. This is to prevent unfair counter picking first round, and to make character selection simpler in general.
Sanctioned matches must have at least one other registered player watching as a referee, make sure to save replays in case of contested matches. If you feel the ref was biased or otherwise a case of an unfair ref send a PM and the replays.

In other news, due to my lack of activities over the summer, I've started playing the shooters again. To make myself feel better, I've mainly been playing Imperishable Night. Despite it being considered the easiest though, for the life of me I still can't do anything about Marisa in stage 4. I actually lose more lives and bombs against her than I do in stage 5 (on average), and I am usually able to 1LC up until her with no problem.
Any advice? It's not really one specific spell or anything either, but I notice that I fail more at the earlier parts. Incidentally, I also have much less trouble when facing Reimu in stage 4, but since I mainly play as the Border team...yeah.

Speaking of which... is it just me, or do a lot of Stage 2 bosses get short shrift in the fandom? Mystia frequently gets lumped in with Team 9, Hina and Parsee hardly ever seem to show up in starring roles, and Kyouko seems to have largely had her thunder stolen by the appearance of a jiang-shi. Only one in recent history to have dodged the curse was Kogasa, and I think that was partly due to her Extra appearance.

I would guess it's just because they haven't made multiple appearances, and so their already relatively undetailed characters aren't developed further. I wouldn't say that they're under-loved due to their stage status though, since the same could be said for other characters all over the place. It's just that other characters have so much more to work with in personality, so the "ignored" cast are only really paid attention to by the most interested people.
Hina and Parsee, at the very least, have their own sort of associated quirks, practically ascended to memes, which is more than what some people can say. I have nothing for Kyouko though, but the lack of attention could just be because the game's the newest. Of course, there was quite a burst of interest when the character was revealed, but I suppose that's standard. And in any case, what's wrong with the ⑨ squad? From what I see, their grouping as a bunch of ⑨s isn't really a bad thing, and lots of people consider their childish behavior a lovable trait. Mystia's got her own little niche as well, as...Yuyuko's food. And finally, just as an addition to what you were listing earlier, don't forget Cirno (speak of the Scarlet Devil) and Chen, who've got their own respective spotlights from the fandom.
TL;DR: They're not really getting little attention or thought of as unpopular, considering how important they are. Also, I'll just leave this here. In particular, the results for character poll #8 may be interesting.
