Default XP for traps question
Do you award XP to the whole party when a rogue finds and disarms a trap, or just the rogue?

I'd split it amongst the whole party, because generally speaking everyone is supporting each other. Sure he disarmed it but he more than likely receives buffs and aid from other players throughout the day so you split this xp.
