I'm a longtime reader who is visiting the forums for the first time mostly to follow the Kickstarter thing. I bought DCF, SoD, and OtoOPC for my boys a couple Christmases ago and have been bugged when I could never find the more recent books in stock. Now I'll finally be able to finish off the collection!
Also, I wanted to post here to see what I thought of the avatar I selected for the forum. I often play as a Dwarven Cleric, so I'm hoping it looks good.
UPDATE: Ooh, he looks mean for a Cleric! I like it.

I'm Bit Fiend or BiFi for short (watch the capitals!), long time reader (or lurker, if you prefer) of both, the comic and the forum. I've read through a lot of monk- alignment- and paladin-threads so don't worry: I may be a pixie but I'll do my best not to start a pixiesque thread.

Longtime reader, and Roleplaying fanatic, and overall geek here :P Have finally joined the forums as after lurking a bit, I figured i'd have a better shot at meeting interesting people I share interests with than in my local home town. (I live in one of those very country towns where sports/trucks are what 97% of the population care about.)
I chose a rogue as a placeholder avatar because a Rogue was my first character I ever played in DND, a character who lived to be level 15 then was killed in a horrible Giant related accident... I'm currently taking the reins of our groups DM, so my rogue's resurrection will be put on hold for awhile xD

Me? Oh, I'm a fan of characters and stories, and a gamer from way back. I've been out of it for about a decade though. I suppose you could say that OoTS is part of what rekindled my interest in the hobby.
