(3.5 Prestige Class) Bubble Battler (WIP) (PEACH!)

Ok this is my first homebrew ever so yeah my expectations aren't that high, I feel that is will either be too overpowered or underpowered.

Bubble Battler
Prerequisites: Cast 1st level spells, Have 3 ranks in Diplomacy,
BAB: +4
Class Skills: Diplomacy, Tumble, Jump, and Perform (Bubble Making)
Alignment: Any Chaotic
Proficiency: Bubble Battlers can add proficient in martial weapons

Bubbly Personality: No one can resist your bubbly personality. All contacts are considered one rank higher diplomacy wise, for example someone who would be neutral would be friendly to you, friendly helpful, and so on.

Bubblier Personality: You can cast Charm Person as a spell like ability with a +5 to their Difficulty check

Bubble Bath: You can use one use of this to regain one use of any other spell like ability

Bubbly Familiar: If you have a familiar you may apply the aquan subtype to it.

Bubble Bashing: You may discard one use of any spell like to add an extra
dice to any attack or check rolls

Bubbly Emulation: You may draw out a bubble copy any ally’s magic item, any charges that this copy uses are drained from the actual magic item, this lasts for 5 rounds.

Bubble Blast: You may cast eldritch blasts as a warlock, your bubble battler levels/2

Bursting One’s bubble: You may cast a doom spell as a spell like ability.

Bubbly Bubbles of Elemental Resistance: You may grant all allies Fire Immunity for 5 rounds or it absorbs 200 fire damage.

Bubble Wands: Each day you must select among three bubble wands which allow you to cast either Bubbly Emulation, Bubblier Personality, or Bubbly
Bubbles of elemental resistance at will

Bubble Shield: Once an encounter you can mark an area of a 20x20 foot square as projectile free, any projectiles fired from outside that area into it are phased out, and any fired out of that area are phased out.

Bubbly Images: You may cast minor image as a spell like.

Bubbly Friend: You may summon a Greater Water Elemental, with the powerful Build for 20 rounds who will serve you loyally and is not subject to mind altering effects

Greater Bubbly Images: You may cast major image as a spell like

Greater Wand Options:

As well as your first wand, you can now select a second wand among these choices (you can swap these out once a week):
Greater Bubbly Images at will
Bubble Shield at will
+5 fire resistance
Feat storer (you may chose this once and it will never change, it contains any feat that you chose that you qualify for, this feat does not count toward pre-requisites)

Greater Bubblier Personality: All spells requiring the target to attempt a will save have their DC checks + 10


This is intended to be a good prestige class for a support character.
