Torrim continues his crawl, and slips up to the window, ready to burst through. For just a moment, he studies the empty room, muttering a few choice words of power. "Time to go."

Torrim raises one eyebrow, dropping to hands and knees and crawling as quietly as possible across the room. He scans for the exit point of the girl and whoever took her.
Spoiler

So wait, if initiative's broken, could Theo just take ten on his rolls? Or would I still have to keep rolling to break it? I mean, I know Torrim's back there and Gartrand could probably easily dispel the barrier, but Theo does not know this. He's going to keep swinging.
The wizard goes to follow his roguish ally out through the window. Sadly, it seems the stars do not favor him this day. Just as he is about to set one foot on the ledge Torrim had used his other catches on the sill of the window through which he was exiting. Adrenaline rushes oxygen to every muscle and time seems to slow down as it dawns on Gartrand that neither of his feet are planted.
Spoiler
Oh, man.
Alright, give me:
-Ref save
-d20 luck roll
-3d10
Theo-
The fighter continues his onslaught on the walls, ceiling, and floor. Every swing seems like it may hit the door but is glanced off at the final moment as if by some invisible force.

The resilience of the door is wearing Theodric's patience thin. "Why will this door not break!?" Theodric strikes the door again, but this time only with a single blade, so he can ensure that the splinters the door to pieces.
Spoiler
Single attack this time.
Attack: (1d20+2)[16]
Damage: (2d4+5)[9]
After unleashing an ungodly torrent of blows to everything in the room but the door, Theo's blade finally lands a solid blow on the door. With a loud thunk the sword's blade cuts into the door, chipping a large section of it and busting a bit off the top getting stuck a third of the way down. A quick tug frees the blade.

At the moment the door began to crack, Theodric's frustration was instantly forgotten. He takes another swing at the door in an attempt to finish it off.
Due to his only using one sword that time, Theodric notices the effect of the unseen force. "Wait a second...something's stopping it. Oh well, I'll just keep swinging until it wears down." Theodric takes another whack at the door.
Theo swings and misses, noticing the magical pressure moving his attacks out of the way before. Following with another mighty blow to the door. The blade strikes through much of the door, splitting and cracking it down the middle and toward the side. The door is left barely attached to two of its three hinges. The third holds a small chunk of wood that sways back and forth.

Theodric peers through the new opening and catches sight of Torrim, but not of the girl, nor of Gartrand. "Torrim! You made it around!...but wait, where's the girl? And Gartrand?" Theodric kicks the rest of the door out of his way.
Gartrand fails to grab the ledge as he falls, twisting his body around in the attempt. The wizard falls a full thirty feet onto the rocks below in the shallows.
Spoiler
Take it you'll be burning those points, eh?
EDIT:
Spoiler
Yeah, that hits the door, Turt.
