Replacement players: I'll introduce you as soon as the current group is done with this guy. You were hired as a separate group by a wealthy merchant who is losing a lot of money due to lack of trade with the lizards.
On a slightly more serious note, I was wondering if anyone would have a problem with me doing the rolling when I use Commander's Strike to give extra attacks (to speed up the game).

Seconded; I am totally OK with it (and was going to suggest it anyway if you didn't!).
One thing I'd recommend is having all players make a quick summary of their MBAs and any additional effects that take place.
Bugbear's MBA:
Spoiler
+11 vs. AC, 1d6+6 damage
Enemy is marked.
If successful: Bugbear gains resist 3 to all attacks from the enemy until the end of his next turn (Iron Body Ki Focus property).
If the enemy is slowed or immobilized: Enemy is knocked prone (World Serpent's Grasp).
Uh, sure, if you want to. She comes from a place where it is normal and some of her mannerisms have been bred into her; she isn't always a convincing mortal.
If we've only just met, maybe you don't know though.

Just to make something clear, Wolfen considers himself the party leader because he has command experience. So he will be attempting to boss the party around a lot.
That does not, however, mean the party has to let him. I won't mind if anyone decides to butt heads with him (in fact, I would kind of enjoy such an exchange).

That's what I was assuming, given the background you wrote up, but thanks for saying it. It's tough to pick up on the intended subtlety of a character via forum post!
I don't mind a bit of party conflict, as long as everyone is still having fun and not actually getting upset because their characters got in an argument (which I've seen even in live play).
That's what the OOC line is for in my mind; likewise, if Bugbear starts to get annoying to anyone or is causing anybody to have less fun, please let me know!
As for Viola, I figure Bugbear doesn't know anything about her vampirey-ness. Not that he has any issues, just not that observant. I'm sure he will react appropriately the first time she bites the head off of some unlucky kobold!

Wilian only knows drows from the little stories here and there his master has told him when he was part of an adventuring party. He has never seen one until now, so he assumes all those oddities to the feywild that lies inside each of its once denizens.

A Vampire class feature I feel you should know about: Viola only has two surges. She can use them like normal, and can get one per encounter, and use them to power up some powers of hers.
However, in-between combats, in order to heal an ally can give up a surge, let her snack on him, and she regains half her hp.
So, she may ask to snack on you.

Don't forget that if you finish combat with more than two surges, you heal up to full (losing any extra surges you gained during combat). When I played my Vampire (Shade Vampire, so only one surge!) I would often end combats unconscious or near to it, rather than have the Leader use a healing power on me that would require me to spend that extra surge I had gained.
The other thing we would do as a party, would be to keep one enemy alive but subdued, so after a 5 minute rest (when I would regain my Blood Drinker power) I had a... snack... ready for me.
"Hey, look! We´re still alive! Yes, the dragon almost chewed Viola out and tried to cook the rest of us but we made it somehow! You okay, Viola? Wait, what´s wrong? Why your eyes are red all of a sudden?"

Well, that's where the crunch is 4th crunch: Bloodsucker is my Enctr power and it can be used anytime I hit with a melee vampire at will. So, technically, I can drink the blood of undead, constructs, oozes, plants, anything really.

Edit1: Wait, can you use powers on inanimate objects in 4e? I want to see Viola drink a wall's blood.
I vant to suck your blood.
*bite*
Ow! Freaking wall! Is there a dentist in the house?
Edit2: Hmmm...Curiouser and curioser. It looks like, by the RAW, you can't drink the non-existent blood of a wall, but not for the reasons you might think. You can't use blood drinker on a wall because technically, they're terrain, and every attack I can find specifies that the target must be a creature. A terrain is not a creature.
But it gets better. You see, the same can be said of objects. Now, certain terrain (doors and walls) can be destroyed (but only by strength checks). However, objects (and every other type of terrain) don't work that way. The only way to destroy them is with attacks. However, as objects, they cannot be targeted by attacks. So, by the RAW, there was absolutely no point in listing the hp and defenses of objects in the DMG, since they can't be attacked to begin with. They are effectively invulnerable.
One last thing, though. Traps are also not creatures. However, some of them are specifically said (remember, specific beats general) to be able to be attacked. That means that unless Blood Drinker specifies "creature", Viola can drink the blood of a magic crossbow turret, a whirling blades contraption, and all sorts of other ordinarily non-beneficial things.
Watch out, that's looks like a spear gauntlet trap!
Really? Where's the trigger plate?
Over there, just don't step on-Why did you step on it?!
SHUNK! SMASH! SLURP!
See, I readied an action to attack and use Blood Drinker on the spears as they shot up from the ground! Sure, they managed to hurt me before I did it, but I gained more health than I lost! And now, if I get messed up again, I can come back to this room and drink the blood of the trigger plate! And the best part is, there's still 4 other squares in this room full of hidden spears and trigger plates (plus a hidden control panel somewhere), all waiting for me to drink their blood if I get injured! I LOVE weapon-based traps!
Edit3: Ok, it looks like that last one won't work after all. Blood drinker specifies "enemy", which the PHB defines as a creature. Too bad.
But I still find it hilarious that you can be a demigod, yet lack the ability to do something as simple as swing a sword at a statue.
So how long should we wait for Grax before moving the story along? I'm not in any rush, and I'd like for him to have a chance to introduce himself before we go marching off into the woods, but it has been a few days since we "met"...
