Rulenzio is aware of the abject failure of a Cup attack which took place. The side effects are rather blatant. She can certainly send Candy over to greet Arnulf, and is not in the same geographic location as the rest, so is not currently in danger of being munched.
Knowing what's happening to the others would be a Perception + Awareness roll. 3+ successes mean you hear / feel / notice something odd where the others are, using mundane senses. 6+ (Ring Shaping) mean you manage to tap into the local Essence flow, and may notice other things.
The Fox and co are just next to the former mushrooms / currently gaping Maw of Doom (tm). It's rather hard to miss - but you certainly had the time to perform ordinary chatter beforehand.
If you go the Ring Shaping route, 6+ successes on (free, reflexive, only one attempt allowed) Perception + Awareness will help you find out more about tried to Cup Shape you. Shaping in a Tainted land is hard, which is why the difficulty is where it stands.
Looks like you spent too few points on Abilities: you get 25 dots, plus 1 dot for your five Caste abilities and 2 dots for your 3 Favored abilities. Which makes 36 dots total, and I count 31.
How have you spent your bonus points? I count 2 for Birth, 2 for virtues, 3 for willpower, 7 for an extra Charm, and 2 for artifact (which is not listed with your backgrounds)? Meaning you have 2 left, if I haven't missed anything.
Is your Assumption permanent? If not, where do you get the gossamer to power it from - and are the requisite motes committed? If it's part of an Adjuration, what does it make you look like, and which Adjuration is it?
If you want unlimited ink, a 1-dot inward-facing Oneiromancy can give you Ordinary Object Conjuration for all the mundane ink you could ever need - and lots of other things too. Or a 1-dot outward facing Oneiromancy. Or a 2-dot Adjuration. Or a 1-dot Behemoth.

Or, as there is quasi-Wyld around to manipulate, you can narrate yourself into being there (and seeing Candy off) simultaneously. It's all the same waypoint-analog, so it's feasible.
Difficulty 6 due to lack of Wyld energies at hand - could be any kind of Shaping action you like, depending on how you're doing it.

As for now I'll try to do a Fantasy, hopefully I'll pull it properly. Basically it is to make Mushroom Maw think of it's own scent as the most tasty thing. And provoke it trough it to biting itself.

- I'm not sure you spent all 18 of your bonus points. A Charm + 3 willpower + 4 virtues + Birth 4 is 16, by my count. So 2 left (and a background point).
- Which 5 of the 10 Cup / Staff abilities do you Favor? Occult, Socialize and Investigation, yes - but what are the other two? You don't need to have any dots in the remaining Abilities if you don't want to (though it's certainly allowed).
