Default (PF conversion) Feytouched/Half-Fey Templates?

Hello all:

So i recently came up for an idea for a character that gradually transform into a fey-like creature after making a (possibly quite ill-concieved) bargain; which made me search around for the mentioned templates (since there was a 3.5 web article about how to transform one into the other) and when i didn't found any official conversion for these on PF, i digged out, the 3.5 ones:

Feytouched/Half-fey templates

Transition classes article

So my question is: If these 3.5 templates would need to be revised to be used on the Pathfinder system, and if so how could they be converted?
