well, i was only here when the RK plot led to Miridia... so can you give me a quick briefing?

What are the lanterns and their types?
What happend before the recent events?

ABR Corps is a plot in which several members are given lantern rings, similar but not completely identical to the ones in the Green Lantern series.

I'm fairly busy at the moment between personal projects, Remember, someone actually contracting me to do a guest comic, and University.

But beyond that I'm still waiting for Future [Im]Perfect to restart

They're light construct rings from the Green Lantern universe (except yellow is apathy which i never got and pink is fear) The rings said to take a parody of the Watch tower as our base, so all the lanterns launched an attack to take it from the league of heroes. Then Fantasticman pulled a retcon as Skimmer released black lantern rings everywhere. Then they invaded again, on more even terms, and RSQ got promised lots of power by Skimmer. RSQ then went into the belly of the station to find her frozen and Ketham showed up to try and talk him out of it because releasing an evil fox girl is incredibly stupid.

Indeed. Primarily because I feel that having the whole burden of a story is not really the point of ABR; I'll make my own independent webcomic if I want to do that (which I will, in a year or so, when my art will get decent enough). If people want to have Future Perfect, they'll have to do so collectively. I will likely make strips for it should it occur, but I will not take sole responsibility for it, not in ABR.

Also, expect another ABR Corps comic from me soon. Due to the Challenge, I'll be making them at least weekly.

Indeed. We should all be taking responsibility of a plot, and due to the extreme complexity of the plot, I feel Future Imperfect would be hard to maintain.

See, the beauty of the original plot FFF (I believe) was that it felt like no big deal, and anything could happen. If was fun and you didn't have to think too much. Both FI and FFF Rebooted failed (in my opnion) because too much weight was put on them to succeed and become the next FFF, the next golden egg layed by the goose. It instead needs to be free and fun. That's what I'm trying to make ABR Corps, even if it's not a sequel or anything.

I'll be making another ABR Corps once Skimmer or HT reacts to mine or if Mask or anybody else decides to make one provoking Q. I'm also working on a special surprise for ABR (Mask, Keveak and Rae shut your face!) so look forward to that when I'm done.

Tried that with Miridia - just made a random backdrop with no context and let it go where it wanted.

And now we have Pervsharks.

Also: making a response to Q. Prepare to have your eyes bleed from all the text. And be astounded when you consider it is actually LESS than what the first draft had...

Well the dragon has sign-fu , I think they're pretty much equaly matched in sillyness.
(Just out of curiosity, what programm do you use to draw your comic ?)

Comics are a visual medium, no? If you removed the words, it would still be a comic, but if you removed the images, it would be a text.

Dunno, the Kobold is also utilising the might of Silent Movies. We may need to bring in some angry purple pants on the dragon's side.

(openCanvas 1.1-b72 for most of it but Inkscape for resizing it. )
