Assuming he is a Devil, making Murphy's Son a puppet ruler isn't bad; but for some reason I think that corrupting him into willingly being an evil ruler would be more satisfying I guess.

Back to the story though, anyone wanna bet Rust will take on an evil-adviser role for Murphy's son to help him inherit the throne? kind of like what tarquin did with the empress of blood, making her a puppet leader and all that.
But Murphy's son is under the bed, which means he will see his father's death.
Or rule him as puppet through fear
or control Murphy through the safety of his son.

I don't think that Rust will kill Murphy right now, he has just saved him and his son's life, if there is a better way to gain trusts I've yet to see it.
