It's the roaring twenties, Prohibition is in full swing and everyone knows a good place to go get drunk. Liquor is big business and bigness is good. If you get caught, well that isn't good at all. Welcome to the city of Philly, the city of brotherly love, the home of freedom.
But with any illegal operation, there is always the dangers, the coppers can be bribed, but the Feds cannot. Best to keep it under wraps, but if you can't just make a phonecall to the Don, and get some much needed protection.

Everyone needs to vote at day phase, it lasts for 48 hours. You can miss up to two day phases without telling me you are going to miss them. If you have a night power, night phase is going to last about 24 hours. Missing your night phase powers do not cost you anything. You can skip those as much as you want to. So, a minimum of once every week or so.
