Izumi also manages to get out of the rampaging vines, and moves to near where Kina is. "...I'm not good enough to get in close in that kind of mess, and that's the only range I can do damage at. Up to you guys."
She makes ready to Shunpo up to where Rex is, but pauses when a sound comes from Chiyoko. "Uuuuh... where am I?"
She turns. "Sis! You okay?"
"Well... I feel fine... but everything's... weird."
Izumi helps Chiyoko up, then takes hold of her. "...Stay under cover, o-"
Chiyoko shakes her head. "No. I think I can help."
Izumi pauses. "Little sis... I know you'd like to help, but you can't-"
Chiyoko points directly at Doompine. "Monster that kidnapped me."
Then her hand moves, and points... right at the silhouette Nakahiro's made. "Someone else, not as powerful as any of you. Hostage? I'm not sure.
So, how close am I?"
Izumi blinks a couple of times.

"Alright. You've been a big help already. We could always just try to separate Kaito's father from the hollow and then hit it until we get it." Ken shifted his attention to Chiyoko and the mystery girl who he presumed was Kazari. He walked over to them and crouched to address the girls at eye level. "How do you think you could help us? Think you can find that thing's mask behind those vines?" Ken turned to Kazari. "Would you like to help? Do you think there's anything you can do?" He did his best to sound friendly and encouraging as he questioned them.
Sora grins widely as Nakahiro reveals where Kaito's father is. "Well that makes everything a lot easier. Doesn't help with the bloody mask, but once they get the hostage out, everything should be easier."
He leans on his sword, mostly out of a habit developed from kendo at the end of each match. "Gabi? Do you think I should help them out? Seems like they've got it under control."
Although 'under control' to Sora is less of 'Everything is completely ours to manipulate' and more 'oh god oh god oh god we're going to die'.
Still under control though.

Just before he gives either of the girls a chance to answer, Ken realizes he has something else to take care of and looks in the direction of Sora. "I hate to sound pushy, but would you mind getting in there and helping Kaito and Ren? Believe me, I'd be in there right now if my fists weren't the least effective thing to use against that monster." Does this guy need a written invitation? Then he quickly returns to facing them. "Sorry about that. I'm all ears."
Ren springs upright and fires a ball of energy from each hand at any incoming vines. A second later he begins to circle around Doompine while lobbing more shots at it. He calls over to Kaito, "Try to move around more!"

Sora rolls his eyes at Ken and shrugs. "Hn. Later Gabi, I need to go 'help' these incompetents with their 'plan'."
He vanishes in a blur of Sonido once more, reappearing near Ken.
...And five feet in the air. "OH COME ON!"
Falling to the ground, he lets out a hiss as he hits the ground, getting up rather slowly. Falling to the ground hurt. He begins muttering darkly.
"Freaking ground... freaking classmates... freaking Hollows... freaking fast movement."
He eyes the Hollow, noting where Kaito's father is. "...Sure am glad I stabbed the middle of the damn thing, not Kaito-san's father. That would've gone over terribly."
"What's the... Ack, stupid arm, plan?" He's cracking his arm in a futile attempt to stop it from hurting from his fall.

Kaito was moving around on his own fairly well at the moment, though his lack of movement-enhancing abilities showed. Still, he bobbed and weaved around, working hard to avoid the thrashing limbs.
"I'm doing everything I can!"
When Sora appeared, Kaito's mind raced. An idea came to him.
"If the rest of us can hold it sort of still, could you and Izumi slice my dad free? The we could rip and tear this thing to pieces!"
A glance at Izumi, and a glare at the sword in his hand. "Izumi. You take left, I take right?"

Seeing Ken, a dangerous look comes to young tsukumogami eyes. She steps protectively in front of Chiyoko.
"Maybe, but why can I trust you? Ren said I should not make conversation with a delinquent-like person."
She tries to look around to understand the situation, but to closely stand and protect Chiyoko.
"No one is hurt, is there?" She asks uncertain if she can trust the void eye stranger boy who has uniform like her brother.
"...someone's already pointing out where the guy is? Um. Well, his position is moving, so I could keep track of him, while the other guy tries to find the mask?"
"Alright. I'll ask him. Hey Nakahiro, would you like to have Chiyoko take over for you in keeping track of where Kaito's dad is so you can focus on just finding the mask?"

Ken smiled. "You're adorable. It's clear Ren has taught you very well. I'm sure he's proud to have such a smart and brave little sister. I'm fine, are you asking because you can heal people? If so, I think you should check out the rest of the people here. The people fighting in there right now are definitely injured, but we don't want you put in any more danger. Your brother's one of them and he's trying to keep you safe after all." Despite saying that he's fine, Ken still has an easily visible, bleeding gash across his left side, running along his lower ribs and a badly bruised right hand.
Ken stood up and turned to Sayaka. "You look extremely cool right now."
Then he surveyed those around him. "Well even if we can't find the mask yet, you guys better just charge in anyway so her efforts don't go to waste."

Kazari looked surprised and then suspicious as she looked up at Ken.
"Of course I'm adorable! And I'm smart and brave like you said...."
But when he mentions Ren, she looks away with concern.
"Ren..?"
She looked back at Ken.
"Are you a friend of Ren?" She asked again, but less suspicious.
He has untrustworthy eyes.
But already it seemed he turned away. Impatient Kazari looked around again.
"Sorry Chiyoko, I want to protect you too. But there are some injured people here. I..."
She frowned. She didn't have to do anything.
Ren would be disappointed. And if he was injured...
She was brave. Of course she was. She was better than these students! They didn't understand anything.
"Sorry Chiyoko, I'll explain everything later." She said, a dangerous light in unnatural eyes.
So she began to run, curse the school loafers, and avoid the vine of Doompine. "REN!" She shouted at her brother, running to him.
Ken chuckled internally as Kazari took off. He specifically mentioned Ren's condition in case she really wanted to go help him.
"KAZARI!" Ren likewise ran to Kazari and hugged her tight, both to protect her and to express his joy in seeing that she was alright. He rubbed his head against hers before pulling back a bit to speak. "It's so good to see you're safe! Are you alright? You better transform into your necklace form so you don't get hurt. Well, unless you really want to help fight this thing I guess."
Ken went over to Valeria next and knelt down. He put a hand on her shoulder and gave it a light nudge. "Valeria, you there?" he asked quietly.

<Hmmm... Maybe an action movie then.> Eirene ponders this as she walks down the street. <I live about a block away from the café. Apartment building.> She explains, stumbling a bit as she grabs onto Mihail's sleeve for support.
Mihail does his best to keep Eirene standing as they drift past closed Venti Buon. <"Hey. Falling is prohibited">, he jokes... or well, tries to. It's a really tired attempt from a tired man. Hopefully Eirene will be equally dizzy to appreciate it.

Ken does indeed see the gash. "Oh darn." Figuring that the others don't need his help at the moment, he decides to treat her. He takes off his shirt, rips it apart and starts to quickly bandage her leg with it. He estimates he'll be done just in time to carry the last person out if everything goes smoothly.
Ken had thought about trying to get Valeria to help them if she really seemed up to it, but that was out of the question now. There was little point in waking someone so out of it, seriously injured and impaired in terms of mobility. He hoped she would take some comfort in having been cared for when she awoke.

Doompine had earned his seal, but Sayaka struggled to keep it controlled. Her hand was in a seal position, and one of her bright blazing green eyes was closed. Ken's comment made her cheeks red, but she focused.
"This isn't easy..." She responded.
But I have done everything I can. Someone else will have to finish.
Kazari
Kazari hugged Ren strongly.
"You're late." She said muffled in his shirt. When he pulled back, she had a fierce look. But Ren spoke and she softened.
"I...ok... " Starting to agree. But she looked at his arm and her fierce expression returned.
"You're hurt!" She snarled, eyes burning a dangerous red color. And a faint, dangerous aura began to surround her.
"I'll kill all of them! I'll start with the Hollow, and then everyone else!" She said violently.
"Ah." She stopped and the aura disappeared. Chiyoko was here of course. Thinking of her friend, the dangerous aura disappeared and she seemed to calm down reluctantly. With a pout, she put her hands on Ren's arm.
"I'll heal it. Don't move." She said, focusing her power. Ren's arm began to heal.
Ren nodded and did as he was told. "Alright. I'm sorry I was late." Seeing that they weren't in immediate danger he decided to try to lighten the mood.
He sighed and looked dismally to the side. "Y'know, it's kinda funny how you often complain about me being too brash, yet when you get serious you easily take the prize for most hot-headed." When Ren brought his gaze back to Kazari, he gave her a look that said he didn't know what to do with her. If she started to protest his remark she'd quickly see a slight, mischievious smile form and grow.

The two arrive at Eirene's apartment. She fumbles for her key, opening the door. The apartment was probably quite spacious, though there is a lot of clutter. Old television sets, furniture, tacky knickknacks, and dolls adorn the living area. <I frequent a lot of garage sales, and don't like throwing things out.> She explains, clearing one of the couches of a dozen differently patterned pillows. <Take a seat.> Eirene suggests as she tries to find the good TV and the DVD player. She throws a bag full of DVDs at Mihail.

<"You sure this is your apartment, and not a recycling center?">, Mihail quips. He's been on the road so long, he's not really had a chance to accumulate assorted trinkets for himself. Messy girl, he thinks drowzily as he regards the chaos.
When given the bag full of movies, he doesn't really know what to do with it. So he just takes out the first disc that hits his hands and hands it to Eirene. *Yawn* <"I suppose that will do.">

Doompine roars as the talisman hits it square in the... erm, well, not forehead. But Sayaka's aim is true nonetheless.
Dazed, its attacks stop, leaving a window open for Izumi and Sora to save the last hostage...
Ken may notice Val has a huge gash in her leg. Like she was stabbed by a sword. She groans, still unconscious!
"Sora! Go!"
Izumi leaps forwards, aiming towards where Chiyoko is pointing at, and aiming to cut Kaito's Dad out. She aims slightly to the left, so Sora can go in as well.
