Default NPC class--The Servant

Servants are found in almost any society. They represent members of the lower class who are loyal to a particular individual. Not every peasant should have this class. Primarily, those with a particular loyalty to their master have levels in servant.
A servant probably does not work as a PC class, due to having almost no beneficial class features, no spellcasting, poor base attack bonus, and few skills.

Hit Die: d4
The servant’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Handle Animal (Cha), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Use Rope (Dex). Additionally, the servant gains one skill that his master has ranks in as a class skill.

Skill Points at 1st Level: (4 + Int modifier) × 4.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 2 + Int modifier.

Class Features:

The servant is proficient in the use of all simple weapons but no armor or shields.
Master: Upon character creation, choose one creature to be the servant's master (it should be clear from a fluff-perspective who to pick). This cannot be changed unless the story demands it (e.g. your master dies and his son inherits everything).

Obedient (ex): You take a penalty to Will saves and all opposed skill checks made against your master equal to your servant level.

Loyal (ex): You do not switch allegiances easily. But when you do, you remain loyal. You gain a bonus to Will saves to resist enchantment spells (against anyone EXCEPT your master) equal to one-half your servant level. However, if an enchantment spell is established, and requires you to make additional saves (such as resisting commands given by a caster dominating you), you take a penalty to those saves equal to one-half your servant level. Neither of these effects apply against your master.

Determination (ex): When performing a task that your master has commanded you to perform, your determination grants you a bonus to the task. You gain a +2 moral bonus to any ability checks, skill checks, attack rolls, and saving throws. It must be clear how this roll progresses your task. The morale bonus increases by 2 at 8th level and every 4th level after that. Your master may revoke or renew this bonus as a free action, even when it is not his turn.

Dominated (Su): You are continually assumed to be under the effects of a Dominate Person spell. This cannot be dispelled, though it is suppressed by an anti-magic spell, or a protection from evil or similar spell.
At 15th level, this becomes a Dominate Monster spell (which increases the DC to resist a particular command). Additionally, this effect is not affected by protection from evil and similar spells, though an anti-magic field still suppresses it.

Skills don't make much sense. A good servant should have a wide array of skills with which to best serve his master.

In addition, the skill list is quite varied in comparison to the actual skill points given.

I agree with the above and would like to add:
- 4 skillpoints / level, since this is generally why you get servants, to do things for you
- remove light armor proficiency and change HP to d4, I don't see why servants would be any better in combat than a wizard, and if they are they probably spent feats or took a warrior dip

Increased skill points, decreased hit-dice, and removed armor proficiency.
Cipherthe3vil: I suppose, I will re-write the skills list soon...
