That's correct. The "crawling" paragraph of the SRD states that, more or less, while prone your speed drops to 5 feet. This means that using a move action to move away will move you 5 feet and you'll cause an AoO. Spending a full-round action on Withdraw, as usual, will allow to move twice your speed (so, 10 feet) and not provoke AoOs for leaving the first square.

Although, if you're allowing me to Withdraw because RAW doesn't say I can't, shouldn't it be the same for 5-foot step rolling?
EDIT: Ah, I see. It still doesn't make sense to me, though.
I just think it's kind of odd that, in a situation in which a 'roll off to the side and stand up' would be the most sensible option, instead I have 'move further away in an undescribed manner'.

Updated the OP with the language reference... for those who want to use it. Given the quality of Google Translate, any native speaker of that language would find our IC thread hilarious.
For languages, I believe Lithuanian maps to Sylvan. It should probably also be noted that the Germanic, Semitic, and Romance language families map to the Elven, Dwarven, and Human language families, with German, Arabic, and English being the predominant flavors. Well, English isn't really Romance, but let's look the other way, kay? Or put an explanation for it way back in the early history of Anmer as an empire?
I should warn you that Celestial and the elemental languages will probably get some play as well. Celestial can probably map to Serbo-Croatian, following the theme of the languages of the Outer Planes being Slavic. Nothing comes to mind for Auran, Aquan, Ignan or Terran though. I've been using this utility to generae verbal spell components, and this utility to generate somatic components.

No, but you can easily hear both of them. In particular, one of the two is fleeing while the other is near Selia and the summoned spider. Listen check to pinpoint ((1d20+5)[19] fail) aside, with a move action you will probably find the wolf.
Others: Rubido and Otrino realize that Selia is lying about not being able to cast spells.
Ehm...?
In her view, what she uses aren't spells - any divine or arcane caster will notice that they're essentially the same thing, but as far as she's concerned they're just outward manifestations of her inner power. As such, it's a situation where she isn't lying - her perception is just different than that of others.
EDIT: Now, for the actual purpose of this post: I'm sort of at a loss to say, as we...we only sort of have a reason to come here. Otrino gives us a better one, but before he showed it was basically 'hey, let's go to the gypsy caravan' 'ok, that sounds cool'.

Okay, then she's lying to herself, unconsciously, as well as to us

What pointed you in the direction of the caravan anyway? I skimmed through the IC thread a while ago, but have forgotten most of what I read.

No, everyone else is just lying to themselves about spells - they're actually called Gnorphlebs.

There was apparently a witch in it and they got chased off, while trying on some earrings I found a way to talk to the guy that got imprisoned. I imagine that, after a day of walking, this sort of thing would've been mentioned during small talk.
(I reread that page of the IC myself, actually, while making my post.)
About the reasons you're there: the priest of Galsaff cried for your help against this strange curse and thought that this witch might have been the cause, so you set off to figure this mystery out.
