Okay, guys, I haven't heard from Hel since the Hurricane, and this game has gone on past the original Day End date, I'mma give this another day or so. If Hel doesn't pop in, I'll call the day.
Is that alright with everyone?

Fine by me, been meaning to ask for a couple days now in fact, but with this crowd I didn't want to seem too eager lest I hear, 'He's pushing for a mob, he must be a vampire/clergyman'!
Hope you're not washed away, Helgraf!

Alright folks - I'm back in business.
Power back around 5 pm my time.
Internet back around 7:30 pm my time (45 mins ago)
Votes tallied (which is a lot of work given all the strikethroughs and vote changes - which reminds me, I spotted two vote changes that didn't strikethrough their original votes. Those don't count and I stand by the original vote when that happens.)
DAY ENDS - NO MORE VOTE CHANGES OR VOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. NARRATION TO COME ONCE I RE-VERIFY THE RESULTS.
THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS DID NOT VOTE AND MUST VOTE ON DAY 2 OR THEY WILL BE AUTOLYNCHED AT THE END OF DAY 2 (IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY DEAD BEFORE THEN):
Alber
billtodamax cd4 Proof of vote found.
Eternis
IXI Fat Tony IXI mangosta71 Proof of vote found. Mustiado Away status on file.
Ramsus
(struck through two votes, did not place a third)

Vampire games have a history of massive delays, don't they?
Probably better to get it out of the way day 1. *nod nod*
The curse of Vampire is legendary in this regard yes. I'm rather hoping the hurricane disruption will in fact be the whole of it this go around.

The backstabbing and political maneuvering among the Parisian salons is legendary; it is art and game both, one whose mastery guarantees both success and enemies aplenty. When a foreigner is the sudden new darling, the venom becomes ... legendary.
Nobody can say with certainty how it was that the Gypsy playfully known as "Fat Tony" managed to weave his way upward, to heave his ample, if colorfully garbed girth to be the centerpiece of Mdms. Touchard's Grand Ball. But there were many who whispered that he must surely have the devil's own luck, or that he'd bespelled the otherwise untouchable Mdms. Touchard.
Deviltry, indeed, was afoot that day; and none would admit to knowing whose hand made the sign, or whose coin paid the contract. All that can be rightly be said was that evening, as the Ball was about to begin, a servant knocked upon the door of the chamber set aside for "Fat Tony"'s personal use. A second and third time was repeated before the servant opened the door. She shrieked in horror, then fainted dead away, found thus when the Touchard house guard arrived.
Inside the chamber, the body of "Fat Tony" was found splayed upon the ground. His head sat on a silver platter, mouth stuffed with garlic cloves.
The gendarmes moved quickly under the pretext of "warning" the other gypsies in town, securing "Fat Tony"'s wagon.
"Fat Tony", one of the Gypsies was killed (lynched). The Gendarmes found several coded papers in the belongings of his wagon, and will begin the process of translation.
Night begins. You have 24 hours to submit actions. Please submit all actions (including faction recruitments, for those to whom that applies) to both Helgraf and RabbitHoleLost if you want them to count. Once 24 hours have passed (roughly 30 minutes after midnight when thursday becomes friday, eastern time zone); no further actions will be accepted (a post in the thread will indicate this). At that point, the narrators will take between 12-24 hours to handle all details then the night narration will be posted.

Unless the rule specifically say that PMs are not allowed then assume they are allowed. It is pratically certain that you need to use PMs to talk to your faction and your alignment without any one else knowing.
You can edit how you want, though some players will get the original post stored by email so be careful what you edit as they might call you on it.
Now for some RP:
He watches the street, always watching, always waiting. He was looking for crime and he found it often. Rather than confront the criminal he simply took down the name Fin in his book ready to give to those who asked him to watch.
I'm sorry Helgraf but you missed my vote for fin here.
Also one question, is the death assumed to be non-vampire unless it specifically says vampire?

Autolynch status updated. This is why it pays to bring these matters to my attention - narrators are still only human imperfect.
The lynch kill will under normal circumstances reveal if the target is a vampire.
Night kills will typically -not- reveal the role of the victim.

Please feel free to RP among yourself and amidst the great city of Paris.

((Sorry Helgraf, my away notice obviously wasn't posted for this game, as it was begun while I'm still away. Currently stealing my mother's laptop, but if I don't get a chance to post during day phase, may I ask amnesty? It shouldn't be long before my rig is up and running.))

((I'll file this as an away notice. You can still be killed or regular lynched, but I won't A/L you.))

After the horrific death of "Fat Tony" the nighttime tension in Paris is high; the gendarmes patrol the streets in tight formation, lanterns pouring cones of light down every street.
Yet even this grisly murder does not stop the pulse of the city; parties thrown by and for the rich and noble still begin; wine pours freely, inhibitions shed and gossip shared as freely as the spirits. Those in the streets move hurriedly to their destinations; whether one of the aforementioned parties, to a home or hostelry, or on some errand less suited to the light of day matters not. Those who have no pack are fair game to the predators. And mistake me not - Paris has her share of predators and more. The city of lights casts long, grasping shadows that covet any and all life that falls within its clutches, and even those who might be considered her heroes are stained by their touch.
Such a one lies on a rooftop, a deeper shadow in the dark. Hours have passed in patient waiting for the quarry to emerge. Finally, long patience pays off. A moment taken to line up the shot, then the hair-trigger on the crossbow pulled. The bolt sails through the night air, a flash of motion. A sickening crunch as it slams home; body crumpling to the flagstones. The crowd clears as a hue and cry goes up.
On the rooftop, effectively invisible, the figure waits until the crowd clears enough to see ... and curses under its breath before slipping off the roof and into the darkness.
When morning comes, the gendarmes update the posted bills.

The Baron is carried out by a nurse and set back in his seat early the next morning. He looks slightly drowsy, but is given some tea which is carefully poured down his throat.
Another servant comes out with a newspaper and a shaving kit. The manservant lathers the Baron's face as the nurse reads off the day's news. At mention of the murders the manservant twitches with the shaving blade and cuts a shallow slit across his master's lip.
The Baron's eyes blaze with anger and the manservant retreats from the balcony. The Baron looks to the nurse, who has gone pale. She takes a pen and begins to write, looking into his face for some time as she writes a ready stream.
Finally she is finished, and prepares to leave, but a furious batting of the Baron's lids stops her in her tracks.
She sits back down and on a small card writes one more thing. A name.

The Chasseur De Monstres stepped into the manoir. The entry hall was filled with dark and grotesque paintings. He could tell he was in the right place. His informant had told him everything. 'Un homme qui dévore les jolies femmes se trouve dans le Manoir Londres'
Without wasting time, he charged up the stairs and drew his sword leaping upon his foe, who wore dark robes and had blood dribbling down his chin...
I would be more active, but i dont know how to roleplay this one.
most of the time i roleplay it ends up me canniblizeing or going nuts.
but why vote aginst me?
lord loss for splitting my name like that.

The sun continues its course in the sky, while Gérard Carričre takes a walk through the streets. The days feel strangerly empty, now he doesn't have his work in the Opera House. Well, perhaps these walks will allow him to meet some friends.
He woke suddenly, alarmed that the night had passed without him ever meeting his comrade. He blinked his eyes, and noticed some sort of Eldritch Knight stepping off the bus... That wasn't who he was looking for in the slightest.
